Analysis Of The Entrepreneurial Process And Predicament Of The New Generation Of Migrant Workers

Since the 1980's entrepreneurial boom is constantly sweeping the world.New generation of migrant work for a special group of Chinese social transition period,which both feature the same generation of migrant workers,but also has its distinct characteristics of the times.Their entrepreneurial issues related to the development of economy and society,and the building of harmony society and the solve the three rural issues society.Various problems emergence in the entrepreneurial process of the new generation of migrant workers.It has important theoretical and practical significance to research the process of the entrepreneurship and the plight of its entrepreneurial activity.In this paper,we summarize the existing research of the entrepreneurship of new generation migrant workers.At the same time,the concept of the new generation of migrant workers as well as its the characteristics,entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial environment is analyzed theoretically.Through the investigation of several cases,we find out the Company X in Zhenjiang city as a typical representative.the paper have used a variety of research methods,for example,interviews,to observe X company's business processes and analyze its entrepreneurial dilemma.Finally,the paper analyzed entrepreneurial process environment,opportunity identification period,entrepreneurial program implementation and entrepreneurial results in its entrepreneurial process,and found that entrepreneurship difficulties,financial difficulties,psychological difficulties and support network difficulties and other issues appears the entrepreneurial processIt is found that the various plights in entrepreneurial process of new generation of migrant workers emergence because of both internal also external factors.The first reason is that the entrepreneur's own internal reasons,such as the low cultural quality and entrepreneurial capacity,lack of venture capital enough to support entrepreneurship completed,the narrow development strategy that does not have sustainability and weak risk awareness;the main external reason is that the government lack of scientific understanding of entrepreneurship,lack of government support for scientific top-level design to the entrepreneurship of new generation of migrant workers,impede of existing urban-rural dual system of household registration,and social public services policy and loans financing policy is missing.In order to guide the new generation of migrant workers in time manner out of the entrepreneurial dilemma,the paper propose the following recommendations.First,it is necessary to improve migrant workers to start their own quality,establish and improve the vocational education system in the new generation of migrant workers,specially constructed for the new generation of migrant workers start vocational education system.It requires a clear goal and direction system,improving the organization and faculty,teaching content and improving vocational education evaluation system.And guiding the new generation of migrant workers to establish a correct concept of entrepreneurship,improve the quality of entrepreneurship is also important.Secondly,we need to improve the business environment of the new generation of migrant workers,improve the policy support to entrepreneurial generation of migrant workers,such as improve the start guide policy,build the business information,and communication channels,support appropriate government policies;financial support policies,tax relief and financial support policies.Then it is necessary to optimize the new generation of migrant workers start finance,public opinion,public services and legal environment,accelerate reforming the promotion of dual system of household registration system,and build the new generation of migrant workers entrepreneurial risk control system.
