But the "Migrant workers Shortages" which happened in 2009 maybe affect the wills of returned workers, so by choosing Meiling town as the object, the writer made a research once again which elicited the necessity and feasibility of entrepreneurships for returned migrant workers.In the end, according to the foregoing analysis and research, several measures for suppoting entrepreneurships of returned migrant workers are presented. And based on the actual situation in China, the author gives seven proposed measures involved Financial, Tax, Financial, Industry, Land, Market, Climate etc.
