As the core of rural economy,rural finance plays an important role in supporting local economic development and promoting poverty alleviation.Rural credit system is an important part of rural finance.It not only supports the healthy development of rural finance,but also plays an important role in stimulating market vitality in rural areas and promoting the increase of farmers' production and income.At present,China's economy has entered a new normal,and mass entrepreneurship and innovation have become more and more active in rural areas.The construction of rural credit system plays a positive role in alleviating the financing difficulties,financing costs and promoting Inclusive Finance in rural areas.In order to improve the rural credit environment and promote rural economic development,the People's Bank of China started the construction of rural credit system according to the work deployment of the State Council.In April 2009,the head office of the People's Bank of China issued the Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Construction of Rural Credit System,comprehensively expounding the importance of the construction of rural credit system,and began to deploy this work throughout the country.In 2014,the head office of the People's Bank of China issued "Opinions on Accelerating the Construction of Small and Micro Enterprises and Rural Credit System" on the basis of summarizing the previous work pilot projects.It further reiterated the significance,guiding ideology,objectives,working principles and task requirements of the construction,and comprehensively expanded the scope of the pilot area for the construction of rural credit system.Subsequently,the head office of the People's Bank of China guided branches at all levels to build credit system according to local conditions in terms of working mechanism,information service platform,credit evaluation and education.This paper analyzes the present situation of rural credit system construction in AQarea,especially on the basis of successful experience of establishing rural credit database,evaluation system and sharing application by developing rural credit information sharing service platform,and carries out the construction of rural credit system in AQ recent years.This paper summarizes and combs the existing problems,analyzes the experience and Enlightenment of foreign rural credit system construction,and discusses the next work ideas and work contents in combination with the actual situation.
