Research On The Development Of Village-level Collective Economy In China Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

Realizing rural revitalization has become the primary task of the whole Party and the whole country.Village-level collective economy is in a very special and important position in rural revitalization.Village-level collective economy is the main form of developing and expanding rural economy.It can not only consolidate and improve the village-level unified and decentralized management system,but also play an effective role in village-level collective organization,giving farmers more rights and moving towards common prosperity.To realize the rural revitalization,we must first promote the development of rural economy.However,at present,the development of rural collective economy in most areas of China is obviously weak.Therefore,it is imperative to develop rural collective economy.Through the continuous development of village collective economy in rural areas,we can continuously expand the scale of agricultural industry,improve the quality and output of agricultural industry,innovate agricultural industry projects,bring considerable benefits to farmers,improve the living standards of farmers,and gradually realize the grand goal of rural revitalization.This article is based on the combination of theory and practice as the basic perspective,taking how to develop rural village-level collective economy as the research object,focusing on the ideological understanding,overall strength,organizational construction and form innovation in the development of village-level collective economy,studying the development process and current situation of rural village-level collective economy in China,and sorting out the classic Marxist writers' opinions on collective economic development.Relevant theories summarize the theoretical achievements of collective economic development insinicized Marxism,summarize and analyze the problems and causes of the problems in rural collective economic development,and explore the way out and Countermeasures of rural collective economic development in China under the background of rural revitalization.This paper consists of five chapters and conclusions.The first chapter mainly introduces the background,significance and current research situation of the thesis,and elaborates the research ideas,research methods and framework of this paper,and summarizes the innovations of the paper.The second chapter mainly combs the related concepts of village-level collective economy in China under the background of rural revitalization,expounds the great significance of village-level collective economic development,combs the theory of collective economic development of classical Marxist writers and the theory of sinicizedMarx on collective economic development.The third chapter mainly combs the development course and current situation of rural collective economy in China,elaborates the three main stages of rural collective economy development in the period of socialist transformation,the period of people's commune and the period of reform and opening up,and outlines the current situation of rural collective economy development in China.Chapter IV mainly analyses the main problems in the process of rural collective economic development in China under the background of rural revitalization.It points out the problems in the development of rural collective economy in China from the aspects of ideology,management income,organizational construction and innovative forms of rural collective economic development,and analyses the causes.The fifth chapter mainly puts forward the countermeasures to the problems in the development of rural collective economy under the background of rural revitalization,and elaborates on three aspects: emancipating the mind,broadening the development path and strengthening the construction of grass-roots organizations.The conclusion is a brief summary of the main ideas and basic points of the paper.
