The Development Of Collective Economy In The Context Of Rural Revitalization

China’s agricultural development holds an important position in the world,therefore,for the Party and government,the development of rural collective economy and the improvement of farmers’ living standards have always been important issues for social development.For people’s lives,the foundation lies in emphasizing agriculture and consolidating the foundation.The focus is on further ensuring the basic operating system in rural areas,improving the new rural collective economy,and enabling the development of rural collective economy in the new context to move in the right direction.At present,the development of village collective economy in Yunnan Province is not yet perfect.There are problems such as incomplete rural infrastructure,weak foundation of village collective economy,lack of sustainable industrial development support,and insufficient development momentum that hinder rural revitalization and development.How to promote the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy through the development and strengthening of village collective economy is a concern for all scholars.This article investigates and studies the rural collective economy in Guanfang Village,Pu’er City,Yunnan Province,summarizes the characteristics of the village’s collective economy development,identifies current problems,and proposes personal views and opinions based on the successful experience of collective economy development in other regions of China,providing theoretical guidance and reference for further developing and strengthening the collective economy;On the other hand,this article hopes to further enrich the theoretical system of rural collective economy research in China,and provide academic basis for the development of collective economy in rural areas,especially in remote areas,and the successful completion of rural revitalization strategies.This article has some innovations in the following areas: firstly,innovative perspectives.This study analyzes the relationship between the collective economic development and rural revitalization strategy of Guanfang Village in Simao District from the perspective of comprehensive benefits,rather than just economic benefits.Secondly,innovation in research methods.This study mainly focuses on identifying and solving problems.Through on-site research on the collective economic development of Guanfang Village,it explores the problems that exist in its development,deeply understands and judges the current constraints on the growth of collective economy in rural areas of ethnic minority areas in China,and attempts to propose intervention strategies.
