Study On The Path Of Rural Collective Economic Development Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

revitalize the rural collective economy,we need to thoroughly reform the rural collective property rights system,ensure the property rights and interests of farmers,and make every effort to strengthen the collective economy.Our country implements the basic economic system in which public ownership is the main body and multi-ownership economy develops together.Collective economy is an important part of public economy,which is divided into rural collective economy and urban collective economy.Rural collective economy refers to the form of economic organization in which the main means of production are jointly owned by the members of rural communities,where they work together and share the fruits of labor.Rural collective economy plays an extremely important role in helping special people get rid of poverty,ensuring the living standard of low-income people,reducing the gap between rich and poor,improving rural infrastructure and improving the quality of life of the masses.The basic management system of rural collective economy in China is a two-tier management system based on land household contract management,which plays an extremely important role in promoting agricultural efficiency,increasing farmers' income,optimizing the allocation of rural resources and enhancing the comprehensive production capacity of agriculture.However,with the acceleration of market-oriented makes some prospects for the future development of rural collective economy.At the same time,combined with the actual situation of Tanba village collective economy in L County of S province,the main problems in the process of developing collective economy in Tanba village of L County of S province are summarized in detail,and the root causes behind the problems are analyzed in depth.Finally,combining with the era background of Rural Revitalization and the opportunity of rural collective economic development,the path of developing collective economy in Tanba village of L County of S province is explored,and the S county is put forward.Suggestions on the feasibility of developing village collective economy in Tanba Village,L County,Shandong Province.First,we should use the system of "separation of powers" to improve the land use rate.In order to develop rural collective economy,we must rely on existing resources,and the existing resources of rural collective land mainly concentrate on land,rivers,hills and ponds,etc.Land is the most abundant and easy resource to create value in the countryside.We should grasp the system of "separation of powers" and related policies,activate land according to the local actual situation,and open the door for the development and expansion of rural collective economy.Second,we should implement the talent strategy and guide more outstanding talents to flow to the countryside.Talents are the key to the development of rural collective economy.Whether there are ideas or not determines the success or failure of the cause.To develop and strengthen the rural collective economy,we must vigorously cultivate new types of professional farmers,strengthen the construction of rural professionals,play a supporting role of professional elites,and provide intellectual guarantee for the development and expansion of rural collective economy.Thirdly,we should develop the model of "collective economy + leading enterprises
