In the past few years or even decades, the real estate industry has made a lot of contribution to the growth of China’s GDP. The rise of the real estate always influences the trend and direction of the national economy. The real estate plays an important role in national economy. The real estate industry has a long chain and impacts wide. It not only involves the Demand of metal smelting and rolling processing industry, non-metallic mineral products industry, transportation and warehousing industry, chemical industry, fabricated metal products, general, special equipment manufacturing industry, but also holds the supply of other services industry, finance and insurance industry, wholesale and retail trade industry, transportation and warehousing industry, accommodation and catering industry. Therefore, to maintain the healthy development of the real estate industry is an important prerequisite to maintain the stable development of the national economy and social harmony. And to maintain the healthy development of the real estate industry, first of all, you should have a comprehensive study and understanding of the real estate industry, and understand the relationship between the real estate industry and the national economy as well as other industries in the national economy.However, the relationship between the various industries of the national economy of production and consumption is complex. There are not only direct relationships, but also indirect relationships. If you want to know the specific objective law of the national economy, you need use the input-output method. Input-output method is to input and output across sectors interdependent relationship of mutual restraint, mathematical calculation and analysis of the way through the drawing table to quantify reflect significant proportion of the national economy and social structure of the product reproduction. But domestic scholars always research using static input-output method, while ignoring the time factor, so this paper will add a dynamic means for further research. In the defining of our national economic accounting system, the narrow real estate only contains services property, namely, development, operation, management, service and a series of economic activity. But we can also find a broad real estate defining includes not only services properties, but also the manufacture property, which is responsible for the construction of buildings, engaged in survey, design, construction, installation, maintenance and other production processes properties. In previous studies, people always researched basing on narrowly real estate. For a more comprehensive analysis of the real estate, this article will research with the generalized real estate data.2002to2010input-output tables has three different department classification methods. In order to keep the continuity, this article will combined and adjusted2002to2010input-output tables, and unified classification into32departments. This article will take static and dynamic analysis of Chinese real estate industry associated effects using the processed data, delve into Chinese real estate industry association with other industries, research the ripple effect of Chinese real estate industry and explore different affects while the real estate industry situation change. Through the research of backward directly relationships, backward indirectly relationships, forward directly relationships, forward indirectly relationships, circle directly relationships, circle indirectly relationships, influence coefficient, sensitivity factors and price change models, there comes the conclude:Real estate industry is an important industry of Chinese national economy with multi-directional association, complex effects, long chain, centered influence, less sensitivity and wide impact. However, the low level and simple development of real estate industry need to be improved. Whether in backward relationships, forward relationships, circle relationships, or in direct relationships, fully relationships, real estate industry have strong correlation with other services industry, transportation and warehousing industry, chemical industry, general, special equipment manufacturing industry.In backward relationships, whether direct relationships or fully relationships, real estate industry have strong correlation with metal smelting and rolling processing industry, non-metallic mineral products industry, fabricated metal products industry. Real estate industry has strong direct correlation with wholesale and retail trade industry and strong fully correlation with petroleum processing, coking and nuclear fuel processing industry.In forward relationships, whether direct relationships or fully relationships, real estate industry have strong correlation with finance and insurance industry, wholesale and retail trade industry, real estate industry, communications equipment industry, computers and other electronic equipment manufacturing industry, accommodation and catering industry. Real estate industry has strong direct correlation with clothing and leather products industry and strong fully correlation with metal smelting and rolling processing industry.In circle relationships, whether direct relationships or fully relationships, real estate industry have strong correlation with non-metallic mineral products industry, metal smelting and rolling processing industry. Real estate industry has strong direct correlation with fabricated metal products industry and strong fully correlation with petroleum processing, coking and nuclear fuel processing industry.Real estate industry has a wide range of indirect association with other industries. The indirect association is the sum of association between investment and consumption industries more than once. So real estate industry has a long chain and affects many other industries. So it is an important industry of the national economy.In the study of ripple effect on the real estate industry, we found that the real estate industry’s influence is always in the average level of the national economic industries. Real estate industry plays a certain role in the national economy. But the sensitivity coefficient of real estate industry is only about0.6, and there is a certain downward trend. It means that real estate industry cannot be easily affected by other industries of the national economy. In the price change model, Real estate industry affects all industries of the national economy.In the study of correlation effects of the real estate industry, we can see that the real estate industry has a stronger effect with backward effect than forward effect. So real estate industry is the industry which has a low level of intensive and develops extensively.In order to change the situation of real estate industry and maintain the stable development of the national economy, we need to improve the real estate business model, ensure that the harmonious development of real estate and other industries, and to maintain the stability of real estate prices.
