Feasibility Analysis And Risk Assessment Of ITO Target Project

Feasibility study refers to a comprehensive investigation and demonstration based on the development market,technical method,financial evaluation and risk control of the project,a comprehensive evaluation of the project by using the theory of economic management theory and marketing,and a research method to determine whether the project is feasible.At present,this method has been widely used in the fields of technological innovation and new product development,which plays an important role in reducing the risk of investment decision and judging whether the project is feasible.As the top team of ITO Target research in China,team A has a profound influence on the feasibility of investing in ITO target projects and risk assessment research,which will not only promote the transformation and upgrading of ITO target preparation in China,but also provide reference for relevant enterprises at home and abroad,and is of great significance for promoting regional economic development.In this paper,when studying the ITO target project,on the basis of relevant theories,through in-depth investigation of the product market,understand the development situation at home and abroad,analyze the market development prospects of the project.Through the market analysis,technical analysis,financial analysis and risk assessment of the project four aspects of a detailed demonstration study,and then to determine whether the project has the investment,as well as the project risk to avoid.Firstly,on the basis of market investigation,this paper analyzes and studies the project by using Porter Five-force model,and concludes that the demand of ITO target material in the market is short,the development prospect is extensive,the advantage of the project is obviously higher than the project disadvantage,and the development opportunity is obviously better than the project threat,which has the value and feasibility of investment.Then through the project related Technical analysis,this project in the process flow,product preparation methods,equipment selection and other aspects have reached the most advanced international level,methods,equipment mature advanced,with investment feasibility.Secondly,by calculating the internal rate of return of the project investment,the total return on investment,the net profit margin of capital and the payback period of the project investment,the financial feasibility of the project is studied by using the project break-even analysis method,and it is concluded that the project has strong profitability,solvency and break-even ability.Is conducive to the project in the formal construction and production process to withstand unpredictable risks,it is feasible.Finally,through the risk assessment of this project,it is concluded that there are many risk factors in the technical,financial,market and management aspects of the project,but the impact of these risks on the project is not high,including the technical risk and market risk is relatively high,the financial risk and management risk is low,Therefore,it is considered that the investment of the ITO target project is feasible,and some suggestions are put forward to avoid the project risk.Figure(6)Table(16)Reference(63)...
