China Petroleum And Cd's Acquisition Of The Bx Gas Station Project Feasibility Study

Enterprise acquisition is the product when the market economy developed to a certain stage, and is a kind of economic behaviors that transferring the ownership between enterprises. Enterprise acquisition activity began in the late of 19th century. So far, the western countries have experienced four acquisitions, and the fifth acquisition is ongoing. With the development of our country socialist market economy and the influence of economic globalization, the acquisition is not only privilege of western capitalist countries, Chinese enterprises but also began to consider acquisition as one kind of way of enterprises growth and one kind of capital operation methods.This dissertation research the feasibility that Sichuan CD Branch of China National Petroleum Corporation is going to purchase BX gas station of Cheng Du FQ Corporation. Firstly the writer introduces the concept of acquisition, the types of acquisition and some related theories. Then the writer introduces the situation about the two companies, the motivation of acquisition and evaluation of the project. And then the writer analyzes the project from legal risk, market, project investment estimation, financial evaluation, and finally concludes:the project is feasible. And the writer gives some advice.In the process of creation, the writer uses project management, management, marketing, accounting and other related knowledge comprehensively and combines qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis to analyze the feasibility of the project.
