| In recent years,China’s urban construction is transforming from extensive development to quality-oriented development due to the transformation of urban development values.In this process,the concept of "urban quality" is increasingly mentioned by people and it’s gradually beginning to permeate the urban construction process in various regions.At the same time,with the gradual shortage of urban land resources,the redevelopment of the stock land with low efficiency has become an inevitable trend of urban development as well as an important means of urban renewal Therefore,how to seek the point of balance and development between public demand and the feasibility of urban construction and how to improve the utilization of stock land space with low efficiency so as to enhance city quality have increasingly became an important issue to the academic circles and the whole society.Aiming at the aforementioned theme and basing on the combining of relevant literature,this paper discusses the essence of urban quality and the system composition framework by deconstructing it into five elements:economic quality,facility quality,ecological quality,characteristic quality and cultural quality.And then a comprehensive evaluation system for urban quality guided by theoretical research and combined with GIS spatial analysis method can be established to form visualization results and show spatial heterogeneity of urban quality.The research then links the urban quality evaluation with the design of Inefficient land redevelopment scheme,proposes the Inefficient land redevelopment goals and principles under the guidance of urban quality improvement.The combination of the urban quality evaluation results constructed a method for confirming the Inefficient land space quality upgrading target.This paper also designs the Inefficient land redevelopment model and proposes six types of urban quality space update design strategies combining the relevant practical cases and the main objectives of urban quality improvement,thus forming an inefficient land redevelopment based on urban quality improving path.This paper takes the Central District of Yinzhou of Ningbo as the research area and visually evaluates its urban quality.The results show that the overall quality of the facilities in the study area is superior,the economic quality and cultural quality are relatively ordinary and the ecological quality and characteristic quality are poor.Based on the results of urban quality evaluation,this paper comprehensively determines the urban quality improvement targets of the inefficient land plots in the study area,and based on this,a redevelopment plan for the inefficient land use of the study area is constructed to design the urban quality updating type and redevelopment model of the inefficient land.Finally,this paper proposes eight key quality improvement blocks of great significance to the improvement of the quality of the study area and their building strategies,constructs an urban quality space skeleton of "three cores,four zones,double corridors and double zones",and the scheduling of the redevelopment of the stock land with low efficiency in the study area is also proposed. |
