The Research And Countermeasures On The Redevelopment Of Low-effective Land By Chengdu From The Perspective Of Urban Renewal

Since the 21 St Century,with the development of social economy,the improvement of level of people’s living and the need of urban construction and development,the contradiction between supply and demand of land resources has become so prominent,the problems of low-efficiency and idle land in urban development and construction are becoming more and more serious.Since the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),under the impact of rapid economic development,urban development has entered the stage of connotation upgrading and quality priority.The state pays more and more attention to the quality of urban development,also many times to promote the management of the city to have the sense of intensive conservation of land.However,the increasingly strained natural resources,especially the land resources,restrict the development of the city,to a certain extent.With the rapid development of cities of China,a lot of unreasonable and inappropriate phenomena of land resources have appeared.Therefore,the re-development and utilization of these inefficient,idle land is a powerful way to solve the urban development.This paper chooses Chengdu as the research object,combining the theoretical research of foreign and domestic experts or scholars,this paper analyzes the practices and achievements in the re-development of the low-effective land under the background of Urban Renewal,and finds out the existing problems and reasons,then puts forward some suggestions.With the goal of building Chengdu as a beautiful and livable park city.For the new situation,Chengdu has considered the concept of intensive and economical use of land,however,due to the responsibilities,policies and conflicts of interest between agents,the redevelopment is inefficient.2021 is the first year of the 14 th Five Year Plant.As the leader of the primary market,since 2020,Chengdu has been planning and proposing to change the use of land resources from “Increment”to “Stock”,and has also issued many guiding opinions.Based on the present new ideas,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the redevelopment of low-effective land in cities and towns,in order to lead to more feasible and suitable measures.
