Leisure agriculture is coupled to each other in the modern tourism and agriculture based on the traditional and high-tech agriculture. It not only has economic function, as well as ecological, social and cultural functions. As agricultural cooperation and exchange is one of the major projects in the cross-strait cooperation and exchange of economic and trade, leisure agriculture is bound to become the focus of the cooperation and exchange. The developments of leisure agriculture in Fujian and Taiwan have a lot of similar conditions, but also have their own advantages and disadvantages. The coordinated development of the leisure agriculture between Fujian and Taiwan contributes to the promotion of peaceful reunification, is conducive to the development of agricultural technology and skills, help increasing farmers’ income, and is conducive to the construction of ecological agriculture.By integrating data of the trade between Fujian and Taiwan, field survey of Taiwan farmers Pioneer Park in Fujian and data analysis etc, ecological industrial chain network model and mathematical model are established. Based on this, by analyzing the development of Taiwan Farmers Pioneer Park in Fujian, put forward some methods such as improving the regulation of cross-strait development of leisure agriculture, effective horizontal and vertical integration of rural resources, integrating surrounding resources into the tourism products, accessing to information through the Internet and so on in the collaborative development of leisure agriculture between Taiwan and Fujian. It provides a reference of sustainable development for the exchanges and cooperation, and has a positive effect for the construction of ecological agriculture.
