Research On The Influence Mechanism Of Innovation Capability And Project Opportunity On The Growth Of High-tech Enterprises

In the contemporary society with rapid development of science and technology,high-tech enterprises emerged as the main body of "science and technology is the primary productive force".High-tech enterprises not only created many conveniences for people's lives,but also promoted the development of society.With the constant changes in people's needs and market environment,high-tech enterprises are also facing severe survival challenges.In the past research on the growth of high-tech enterprises,most of them are from the perspective of enterprise management.This paper analyzes the impact of project opportunities and innovation capabilities on the growth of high-tech enterprises from the perspective of project management.After combing the results of previous researches,this study combines project management theory,enterprise growth theory and innovation theory to construct a model of the impact of innovation capabilities and project opportunities on the growth of high-tech enterprises,and proposes many models based on the model.Assumption.This paper draws on the maturity of the previous scholars in the research,and combines the characteristics of high-tech enterprises to design the questionnaire of this study,and through the expert survey method,the questionnaire has been modified appropriately,and the questionnaire is finally improved through pre-study..There are three ways to distribute the questionnaire.The first one is to distribute it through the online channel.The questionnaire will be made into an electronic version of the questionnaire through questionnaires or Tencent questionnaires.It will be distributed via SMS,WeChat,email,etc.The second type is face-to-face interviews or surveys by telephone.In face interviews and telephone surveys,more effective information can be obtained based on the tone and expression of the respondents.The third way is to conduct surveys by mailing questionnaires.The questionnaire was completed in two weeks.After the questionnaires were collected,236 samples were finally collected.After screening the invalid questionnaires,182 valid questionnaires were obtained.In the empirical research process,the reliability and validity of the scale are tested by SPSS software.The test results show that the questionnaire used in this study has good reliability and validity,and then based on partial least squares algorithm.The Smart-PLS 3.0 software performs parameter estimation and verification on the model.The test results of the structural model show that the innovation ability of enterprises has a significant positive impact on the growth of high-tech enterprises.The five most important aspects of innovation ability are the research and development capabilities,and the least affected is the innovative marketing capabilities.The development of enterprise project opportunities also has a significant positive impact on the growth of high-tech enterprises.Project opportunity development has a positive adjustment effect on the relationship between research and development capabilities,transformation of scientific and technological achievements,continuous innovation capability and the growth of high-tech enterprises.This study validates the mechanism model of the influence of innovation ability and project opportunity on the growth of high-tech enterprises through empirical research.In the theoretical sense,this paper enriches the research on the relationship between innovation ability,project opportunity and high-tech enterprise growth.In the sense,this study has played a guiding role in the realization of high-tech enterprises to achieve their own growth,and also has reference significance for other small and medium-sized science and technology enterprises with similar characteristics to high-tech enterprises.
