Research On High-Tech Enterprises' Endogenous Innovation Capability In Zhejiang Province

Recently years with the rapid growth of Zhejiang economics, all kinds ofinconsistent and restricted factors are being accumulated continually. The way thatremains economical growth by a large of devotion and consumption needs to bechanged urgently; while endogenous innovation is the most effective way to choose.At present, improving enterprises' endogenous innovation capability has become akey point to adjust economical structure, change the way of growth, and improvecompetence ability of country and area. As one of the most active carriers ofendogenous innovation, high-tech enterprises play an important role in the regionalinnovation system. There are great practical and academic significance to analysis andevaluate the high-tech enterprises' endogenous innovation capability and to proposethe policies and suggestions to improve the high-tech enterprises' endogenousinnovation capability.This paper begins with the theory summarizing and puts forward the concept ofendogenous innovation capability base on the conclusion of concepts and verificationof endogenous innovation and theory of innovation capability. This paper analyzes thepresent conditions of high-tech enterprises' endogenous innovation capability ininnovation investment and output, gaining of innovation resources and innovationmanagement through the investigation on high-tech enterprises' endogenousinnovation activities in Zhejiang province and find out the internal and external factors which influence the development of high-tech enterprises' endogenousinnovation capability. Then, this paper builds a high-tech enterprise endogenousinnovation capability evaluation method based on the statistic data information byusing the method of principle components factor analysis. Finally, based on thepresent condition analysis and capability evaluation, this paper finds out the problemsin the development of high-tech enterprises' endogenous innovation capability.According to the problems, this paper proposes the policies and suggestions toimprove the high-tech enterprises' endogenous innovation capability in Zhejiangprovince by learning the successful experience from foreigner countries.
