Research On The Relationship Between Collaborative Technological Innovation And Growth Performance Of High-tech Enterprises

The growth performance of high tech enterprises is so important,but enterprises rely on their own resources and ability to promote the growth performance are increasingly difficult,so in order to achieve healthy and long-term development,we need to clarify the relationship in the growth of high tech enterprises,collaborative technology innovation and enterprise ability.The perspective of Paper are collaborative technology innovation and high-tech enterprise growth performance,the target is to study whether there is relationship,what kind of relationship,and the relationship size.The paper uses the method of statistical analysis.At the same time,according to the theory of "resource-capability-performance ",the absorptive capacity and technological innovation ability are introduced as the mediating variables.In the paper,the collaborative technology innovation mode are analyzed,pointing out that these three kinds of collaborative technology innovation of high tech enterprises are the major means of collaborative technology innovation,and absorptive capacity,technological innovation capability are particularly important for enterprises.Based on the analysis of the relationship between collaborative technological innovation and the growth performance of high-tech enterprises,it is found that the conclusions of scholars are not uniform.So,I use the method of theoretical analysis and mathematical statistics analysis to determine the relationship between collaborative technology innovation,enterprise capability,and high-tech growth performance.The paper draws the following conclusions:first,three ways of collaborative technology innovation have a significant positive impact on the high technology enterprise growth performance.Second,collaborative technological innovations have a positive impact on the two capabilities.Third,absorptive capacity and technological innovation capability have a significant positive impact on the growth performance of enterprises,and the impact of technological innovation capability is greater than absorptive capacity.Fourth,absorptive capacity and technological innovation ability play a partial mediating role in the relationship between collaborative technological innovation and firm growth performance.Finally,according to the conclusions of empirical analysis,this paper puts forward the corresponding management implications.
