With the continuous advancement of social civilization,the importance of the state and the masses for safe production has been rising.The Fifth Plenary Session of the 18 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China put forward proposals in the "13th Five-Year Plan" to strengthen and innovate the construction of a safe production management system,improve the safety production management system,and improve the accident early warning and emergency response mechanism to rise safety management level.However,the construction environment of the domestic construction industry is complicated,the education level of construction workers is generally low,and the management experience of construction enterprises is very scarce,resulting in frequent safety accidents.On the one hand,safety accidents will endanger the personal safety of migrant workers,and on the other hand,it will increase the safety production costs of construction enterprises and further hinder the country's economic development.In recent years,the safety problems of construction companies have been widely concerned by the whole society.Therefore,in order to reduce the incidence of safety accidents,how to strengthen the personal safety behaviors of migrant workers has become an urgent problem for the construction industry.Through the study of the cause of accidents,human unsafe behavior is the main cause of safety accidents.There are many researches on the influencing factors of unsafe behavior at domestic and foreign,and organizational support is one of the main influencing factors.Organizational support refers to the degree to which employees feel the organization's contribution to their work and achievements.According to the theory of social exchange,the higher the sense of organizational support provided by enterprises,the more efforts employees will strive to maintain the interests of enterprises,accomplish corporate goals,and demonstrate safer production practices.The mediating role of corporate safety atmosphere in the mechanism of organizational support on personal safety behavior,and the moderating role of workmate safety attitude on organizational support and corporate safety atmosphere are also the focus of this paper.Based on the above problems,this article through to a large number of relevant literature review and comb,constructs the perceived organizational support,enterprise security environment,personal safety intermediary role model of behavior,and the workers safety attitude of perceived organizational support and to explore the regulating role of the enterprise security environment,build a theoretical model and research hypotheses are put forward.After empirical analysis of the collected data,the conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)The sense of organizational support has a positive impact on the personal safety behavior of migrant workers.That is,the higher the organizational support of the employees perceived by the employees,the easier it is to show safe production behavior.(2)Enterprise security atmosphere plays a part of intermediary role between organizational support and personal security behavior.According to the theory of social exchange,the higher the sense of organizational support provided by enterprises,the more employees can perceive the importance of the organization and make more efforts to create benefits for the enterprise,including compliance with safety rules and regulations,participation in security affairs,etc.,thus creating a safe working atmosphere,showing safe production behavior.(3)Workmate safety attitude plays a positive regulating role in the relationship between organizational support and enterprise safety atmosphere.Specifically,the more positive the workers' safety attitude is,the stronger the influence of organizational support on the enterprise's safety atmosphere will be.People's behaviors are largely influenced by those around them.When workers attach great importance to safety in production,actively participate in safety affairs and abide by safety rules and regulations,it will strengthen the influence of organizational support on enterprise safety atmosphere,create a safer atmosphere and ultimately reduce unsafe behaviors.This study explores the impact of organizational support on the personal safety behavior of migrant workers,and further examines the mediating role of corporate safety climate and the regulatory role of workers' safety attitudes between organizational support and corporate safety.According to the research conclusions of this paper,some guiding suggestions for construction enterprises are put forward,hoping to improve the organization's support,to create a safer working atmosphere,the company attaches importance to cultivating employees' positive attitude towards safety,reducing the occurrence of unsafe behavior to a certain extent,and solving problems for the safety management of construction enterprises.
