As the world's largest trading nation,China's imports and exports of goods totaled 2,792.3 billion yuan in 2017,up 14.2 percent from 2016.Foreign trade has brought considerable profits to China and pushed Chinese products into the international market. However, while making great achievements,Chinese goods have also encountered various non-tariff barriers around the world. From anti-dumping and countervailing investigation to more flexible and covert technical trade barriers,China's foreign trade is facing more and more difficulties. Not only have the developed capitalist countries, mainly the United States, erected non-tariff barriers to China's exports, but also the developing countries, mainly India and Vietnam, have erected numerous barriers to China's exports. Therefore, this paper chooses to analyze the impact of trade barriers on China's export trade. In the theoretical study part, first of all, according to the research direction on foreign implementation of non-tariff barriers on China's realistic background, the non-tariff barriers will past research literature subdivided into two parts: from the effects of non-tariff barriers to trade impact on China's export trade and export trade from marginal to study the effect of non-tariff barriers on Chinese export trade,on the basis of the integration of its generalization;Secondly, the development of other countries' trade barriers against China shows the losses caused by China's non-tariff barriers in export trade.Thirdly, from the reasons of foreign non-tariff barriers to China, this paper demonstrates four trade effects of non-tariff barriers on China's export trade. In the empirical part, based on Ivus(2012)proposed three yuan marginal architecture and related calculation, choose the data from 2006 to 2017,Chinese exports of 18 target countries or regions based on HS1992-six points of three yuan trade data calculation and expands the ternary marginal, the number of marginal price and three aspects analyze the specific path of China's export trade; In addition, from the total level and country level of China's export ternary marginal, export trade volume is analyzed.Taking antidumping as an example, the influence of non-tariff barriers on China's export trade is analyzed by selecting variables and using gravity model, and the results are tested. The empirical results show that the impact of non-tariff barriers on China's export trade, such as anti-dumping,is mainly achieved through the marginal path of quantity, followed by the extended marginal, and has little impact on the marginal price. Finally, based on the understanding of theoretical and empirical results, this paper puts forward proposals and opinions on the development direction of China's export trade, hoping to help maintain the healthy, sustained and steady development of China's export trade.
