Research On The Relationship Between Regional Innovation And Economic Development In Jilin Province

With the transformation and upgrading of China's economic development model into "innovation-driven",China's economic development has entered a new era.Innovation-driven development has promoted the continuous development of China's environmental protection and digital information technology,and the scientific and technological innovation has achieved fruitful results.The innovation drive has developed into a new source of regional economic development power,and is a new growth point for the regional economy to leap forward.For Jilin Province,which is in the context of a new era of development,innovation-driven development will be a key opportunity to achieve economic leap-forward development and catch up with the pace of national economic development.There is a close relationship between the economic development system of a region and its regional innovation system.Therefore,in order to achieve the sound development of the regional economy,it is necessary to have a regional innovation system that matches,coordinates,and positively promotes each other.The research on the coupling and coordination relationship between the two systems can not only reveal the status quo of the development of the two systems in the region,but also play a guiding role in the future development.In the research of this paper,the coupling mechanism of the two systems is analyzed firstly.Based on this,based on the perspectives of cities and states in the provinces,the comprehensive evaluation model is used to construct the evaluation index system of the two systems,then calculate the economic development index and regional innovation index of the nine prefectures and cities of Jilin Province from 2013 to 2017.Next,using the two-system evaluation index,through the coupling coordination degree model,the coupling coordination degree of the two systems in the cities and counties of Jilin Province from 2013 to 2017 is specifically measured.Based on this,the current situation and spatial distribution of the coupling and coordination between the two systems in Jilin Province are analyzed,and the types of development of cities and states are divided,and the geographical location,resource endowment and advantageous industries of the cities and states are combined.The corresponding development mechanism and countermeasures are proposed in a targeted manner.It is hoped that this will provide reference for the development of innovation in Jilin Province and the decision-making of the economy to achieve leap-forward development.The main conclusions of this paper are:1.The regional innovation capability and economic development level of Jilin Province are different from the perspective of cities and towns.From the data analysis of each city,there is a strong correlation between the two systems in each region.However,there are large gaps between regions with good development level and those with poor development;Changchun and Jilin,which have higher levels of development in the two systems,are mostly located in the central part of Jilin Province,while those with lower levels of development in the two systems are mostly located in the eastern and southern parts of Jilin Province.In the west,it shows a typical "radial",and the regional development imbalance is obvious.2.Through the empirical analysis results of this paper,with reference to the spatial distribution of cities and towns in Jilin Province,the spatial distribution of the coordinated development level of regional innovation system and economic development system in Jilin Province is significantly different;the Changchun area ranks first in the province with obvious advantages.Compared with other regions,the Jilin area is more prominent and ranks second in the province.The areas with moderate coupling degree are distributed in the eastern,western and southern parts of Jilin Province,and the low-level areas are distributed in the south-central part of Jilin Province.The spatial distribution characteristics of the coupling coordination level have remained the pattern of “one pole and one strong” from 2013 to 2017.From the perspective of the Jilin province,this paper judges the coupling mechanism of the two systems in the province,and is currently in an excessive phase from the "old mechanism" to the "new mechanism."3.Based on the actual development of various cities in Jilin Province,the development of each city is divided into: “Double-strong coupling type”,“Double-medium coupling development type”,“Double weak-low coupling development” Type " three types;Combined with the actual development of each city,advantageous industries and resource endowments,the paper proposes three development mechanisms to promote the regional innovation and economic development of Jilin Province to achieve leap-forward development: “spontaneous innovation-economic linkage coupling development mechanism”,“learning Sexual innovation-economic linkage coupling development mechanism","mutual aid innovation-economic linkage coupling".
