Coupling Coordination Between Regional Innovation And Economic Development In Beijing Tianjin Hebei Region

The two systems of regional innovation and economic development have certain relevance,regional innovation promotes economic development,and economic development counteracts regional innovation.This paper first constructs the absolute and relative index system of regional innovation and economic development,divides the regional innovation system into three first level indexes of innovation input,innovation output and innovation environment,and divides the economic development system into three first level indicators of economic scale,economic structure and economic quality;then the entropy method is used to calculate the the comprehensive evaluation index of regional innovation and the comprehensive evaluation index of economic development,the coupling coordination model is used to calculate the coupling degree and coupling co scheduling,and then the regional innovation and economic development in the three regions of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei are evaluated and compared,and the coordination relationship between the regional innovation and economic development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei is analyzed.By establishing the coupling coordination model of regional innovation and economic development in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei region for 2011-2016 years,the relationship between the two systems is analyzed.The results show that there are significant differences in regional innovation and economic development in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei region.The main conclusions are as follows:First,Beijing belongs to the lagging area of economic development,Hebei belongs to the regional innovation lagging area,and the Tianjin region shows the lagging area of economic development in the absolute index system.In the relative index system,the regional innovation laggging area is shown.Second,the regional innovation and economic development level of Beijing Tianjin Hebei region is distinct.Regional innovation and economic development have high relevance,at the highest level in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei are relatively backward;Third,the coupling coordination degree,Beijing in the absolute and relative index system results of the highest coupling coordination degree,Tianjin and Hebei in the opposite quantity and relative index results just the opposite.The Hebei coupling coordination degree is high in the absolute index,and the Tianjin coupling coordination degree is high in the relative index.Fourth,from the time point of view,the two system coupling coordination of the regional innovation and the economic development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei is fluctuating and fluctuating,but mainly with the steady rise,and the fluctuation of the coupling coordination degree of the Beijing Tianjin Hebei three regions is fluctuating every year.,and the orientation is basically the same.Fifth,from the trend,the overall coupling and coordination of regional innovation and economic development in the next few years is in the rising stage,and may have a slight decrease in individual time.Sixth,from the multiple regression analysis,the R&D personnel in the regional innovation input of Beijing Tianjin Hebei region have a greater impact on the coordination and the innovation output.The influence of the thesis and patent on coordination is greater.In the environment of innovation,the Internet infrastructure has a greater impact on coordination.In economic development,the retail sales volume of consumer goods and per capita GDP have great influence on coordination.The third industry practitioners have strong positive correlation with coordination,and the energy consumption and coordination of single bit GDP are strongly negative.Relevant?According to the results of the model and the actual situation,the three regions of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei are divided into two types of coupling and coordinated development and two kinds of innovative development models are put forward accordingly: Beijing belongs to the first highly coordinated coupled high economic development type,suitable for the adoption of independent innovation development model,and Tianjin and Hebei belong to second middle and low degree coordinated and middle low economies.The type of development is suitable for the development mode of cooperation imitation innovation.In the context of the coordinated planning of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,in order to break this imbalance and realize the coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,one is to improve the innovation ability of the region and output the innovative elements appropriately while the two is to improve its own strength,to find the local problems and to make measures according to local conditions,and the three is to seize the cooperative development strategy
