According to the data published by the National Bureau of Statistics,the total number of domestic tourists in the country is 5 billion people in 2018,and the tourism industry is the people's livelihood industry.In the choice of tourism destination,the city with the largest amount of tourists is becoming a hot spot for tourists to sense comprehensive tourism through the advantages of its environment,culture,consumption and so on.The city image,the urban development model and the lagging urban tourism supporting facilities in the city of thousands have not been able to meet the needs of the development of the modern mass tourism.In that face of the reform of the supply-side of the tourism industry,how to integrate the tourism resources of the city,to build a high-quality culture tourism,to tell the city story,to improve the overall tourism image and influence of the city,to develop the comprehensive tourism to meet the increasing tourist demand of the tourists,is a hot topic of the present time,It is also the subject of this study.The practical significance of this study is to start from the perspective of the development of the urban image of the comprehensive tourism,the comprehensive evaluation of the urban tourism image,the tourism attraction of the city,the urban tourism environment,the integrated tourism public service of the city,the behavior of the local residents,the image of the service of the tourism enterprise.It is helpful to study the image of the city and the related evaluation,to improve the urban tourism marketing strategy,to further build a harmonious and beautiful tourism environment,to improve the visibility of the city,and to make a good job of the comprehensive tourism article.Create a comprehensive tourism destination.This study is based on the perspective of comprehensive tourism,taking Zhanjiang City as a case,through expert consultation and questionnaire survey to obtain first-hand data and data,using expert consultation method(Delfie method),descriptive statistics method.The literature analysis method and questionnaire survey method carry out the research on tourists' perceived image of urban tourism,and analyze and extract the image of tourist city,tourism attraction image,tourism public service image and urban environment image from the point of view of urban tourism all over the world.The behavior image of local residents,the service image of tourism enterprises and the image of government industry management are the seven main image indexes.Through two rounds of expert consultation,36 related perception factors are further divided,and the perception model of urban tourism image is formed.The organic combination of "comprehensive tourism" and "urban image" provides a certain theoretical basis for the construction of urban comprehensive tourism image perception system.This study aims at the outstanding problems in the construction of urban tourism image in Zhanjiang City,such as the lag of intelligent tourism,the lack of tourism explanation system,the imperfection of tourism transportation system,the lack of tourism reception facilities,and the imperfection of urban reception facilities and so on.The corresponding countermeasures are put forward.First,we should do a good job in the tourism development of urban characteristic resources;second,the soft and hard environment of urban tourism will have a direct impact on the perception of tourists;third,Unified between city and scenic spot is the best way to develop urban tourism in the whole region.Fourth,urban traffic is a prerequisite for deep perception of urban tourism.
