With the widely applying of the electronic commerce technology, the E-supply chain is becoming increasingly important.Compared with the traditional supply chain, the E-supply chain could make the communication between vendors more conveniently and quickly, moreover, it also cut the transaction costs sharply. So, more and more enterprises would like to pay more attention to the E-supply chain and use it.Does the transaction based on the E-supply chain truly realize the supply chain coordination? What circumstances will the vendors select the E-supply chain to transact business? In order to find out the answer to the questions, two different supply chain contracts applied in this thesis to analyze the supply chain coordinate. The thesis firstly reviews the domestic and overseas research result, and then starts from the traditional supply chain coordination research to study the business-to-business (B2B) E-supply chain coordination based on the method of revenue sharing contract. The thesis uses the contrast analysis on the traditional and the B2B electronic coordinate model to deduce the conditions that the vendors enter the B2B electronic market. Besides, this thesis analyzes B2B E-supply chain coordinate model based on the method of quantity flexibility contract to derive the conditions that the vendors enter the B2B electronic market. At last, two analytical examples are given to the traditional and the B2B electronic supply chain coordination model respectively with the different contract. And the correctness of the B2B electronic supply chain coordination model is proved by the examples.
