Research On The Compliance Risk Management Of Bank A

In our country,the compliance risk management of commercial banks is still not perfect,the construction of many system and concrete measures couldn's satisfy the need,and the implementation does not reach the designated position.In the current situation what financial cases happen frequently and tougher regulatory requirements are stricter,compliance risk management is a problem which is particular concerned by the entire financial industry and regulatory agencies,studying the compliance risk management theory is of great significance.In recent years,bank A develops fast,which capital and shares have increased.At the same time,there are still some problems,such as imperfect internal control system,weak compliance awareness of employees,imperfect corporate governance,and imperfect compliance culture and so on.The situation of preventing compliance risks is very serious.In order to make study on the compliance risk management of bank A,I have carried out some cases study and compared the compliance risk management status quo of domestic and foreign commercial banks to analyze the compliance management problems and reason of the bank,and some relevant theories are cited in this paper.Based on the bank A,I want to draw lessons from the domestic and foreign advanced experiences to solve the compliance risk management problems of bank A.
