The advent of the mobile Internet era has brought enormous challenges to the operating environment of domestic commercial banks.The business of the personal finance line of commercial banks has felt a huge impact and the challenges of platform companies from non-banking companies as competitors.However,as the main source of commercial bank scale and profit,the company's financial line business has fully utilized the changing technological means in the era of mobile Internet to reshape the customer relationship management pattern,complete the changes brought about by the changes of the times,and adapt to the changing needs of the market.Undoubtedly,as a corporate system,the survival and development of commercial banks is an urgent problem to be solved in the process of transformation.Based on the changes in the market and customer relationship management of the mobile Internet era,this paper focuses on the analysis of a large commercial bank C bank in China,and discusses how commercial banks can fully utilize artificial intelligence and big data analysis technology to reshape commercial banks.The customer's customer relationship management concept and pattern play a certain role in reference and reference for the transformation of commercial bank business model methods and strategies.
