Study On Symbiotic Relationship Among Stakeholders Of Da-mo-yu Rural Tourism

As the progressive development of Chinese social economy,politics and culture,people's demand for tourism is increasing gradually.Rural tourism,as a form of tourism meeting people's various demands including idyllic scenery,rural culture and nostalgic memories,has become a hot spot for development within the tourist market.Meanwhile,a series of advantages brought by rural tourism in promoting employment,increasing farmers income and improving rural industrial structure has made it become an important approach for rural revitalization nationwide and poverty alleviation through tourism.Da-mo-yu belongs to Yuhua neighborhood committee of Tuanjie township,Xishan district,Kunming city,Yunnan province.Being next to the regional central city of Kunming,it is a traditional and national village with the population of Yi nationality accounting for 90%of its total population.By virtue of the first boutique homestay "Li Ri" entered Da-mo-yu village,Da-mo-yu rural tourism starts to develop rapidly.Because of a string of issues such as local administration management,land system and environmental protection existing,the development and construction and business management activities of Da-mo-yu rural tourism is relatively complicated,involving multiple stakeholders such as foreign operators,Da-mo-yu villagers,local government and tourists.Based on this,how to establish the co-existence relationship among different stakeholders and how to realize the harmonious coexistence of all stakeholders is an important issue faced by Da-mo-yu rural tourism in achieving the sustainable development.In previous studies,stakeholder theory is mostly applied to discuss the appeals and conflicts among multiple-subject,and lack of theoretical direction for conflict solution.Therefore,the study,by introducing the symbiosis theory,tried to meet the interest demands of stakeholders of Da-mo-yu rural tourism and solve their symbiosis contradiction by means of ecological niche niche adjustment and symbiosis mode improvement,so as to establish a better symbiotic relationship and lay a solid foundation for the harmonious coexistence of stakeholders of Da-mo-yu rural tourism.The unique rural tourism resources of Da-mo-yu village attract masses of investment from foreign operators and tourists,as a result,which poses a certain influence on the production and life of Da-mo-yu villagers and the management service of local government.Due to the significant differences in interest demands among stakeholders,different interest demands result in certain contradictions and conflicts among stakeholders,which affect their harmonious coexistence.In the meantime,there are some common interest appeals among different stakeholders behind these contradictions and conflicts as well,such as the cultural and environmental protection and the demand for sustainable development.The paper,based on the study of the interest demands of stakeholders of Da-imo-yu rural tourism,carried out the detailed analysis against present situation of symbiotic contradictions and ecological niche of stakeholders,it was concluded that the symbiotic behavioral model of stakeholders in Da-mo-yu rural tourism was asymmetric mutualistic symbiosis,and symbiotic organization pattern was intermittent symbiosis.To achieve the harmonious coexistence among all stakeholders,it is feasible to try discuss the improvement of symbiotic relationship among stakeholders of Da-mo-yu rural tourism from the aspects of confirmation of target pattern,adjustment of ecological niche and establishment of the interest balance system.
