Study On The Good Governance Of Wangkou Tourism Ancient Village Of Wu Yuan Based On Symbiosis Theory

With the development of ancient village tourism,more and more ancient villages are built for tourism ancient villages.In this kind of ancient villages,tourism has become a way of developing in ancient villages,so the government,enterprises and local communities will participate in the development of tourism.This makes the original closed and single social status become more open and pluralistic social status,which will lead to the emergence of various contradictions and frequent social conflicts.The existing ways to solve the social conflicts of tourism ancient villages include community participation,empowerment and villager autonomy,which can not fundamentally solve the problem of social conflicts in ancient villages.How to effectively coordinate the relationship between different parties,to prevent and resolve social conflicts,howto ensure to achieve the main goal and to ensure the realization of the ancient village tourism system target,has become an important proposition in the tourism development of ancient villages.The theory of good governance is an important subject in the field of politics,and a lot of exploration has been made in the effective governance,symbiosis theory is an important subject in ecology,which was later applied to the field of sociology to study the cooperative relationship among various subjects.In this paper,the theory of good governance and symbiosis theory are introduced to solve the problem of social conflicts in tourism ancient villages:1.Construct the theory model of three dimensional symbiosis and good governance of tourism ancient village.In view of the social conflicts between the government,the enterprise and the community in the tourism ancient village governance,this paper constructs the theory model of the symbiosis and governance of the three dimensional main body of the ancient village tourism,considers that the coexistence of symmetry and reciprocity between the three main bodies of tourism ancient village and the appropriate organization mode according to the development stage and transaction type are the ideal mode of symbiosis and good governance.This paper takes the government,enterprise and community as the main body of the three dimensional governance,and studies the symbiotic interface,the existence of communication and and the choice of symbiosis to explore the existence of symbiosis;through the analysis of the three behaviors and the analysis of the network relationship,we can judge the symbiosis mode.Through the comparison between the existing model and the ideal model to find the gap,and through the research of the dynamic mechanism,it is approaching to the ideal mode.2.To prove the existence of three dimensional symbiosis governance in the Wuyuanwangkou tourism ancient village.Through the analysis of the tourism development and governance of ancient Tourism Villages in Wuyuan,it is found that there are three dimensional governance of the tourism ancient village in Wuyuan.Through the analysis of its symbiotic interface,communication and.symbiotic choice,it is found that tourism is the symbiotic interface of the three main bodies of Wuyuan Wang Kou tourism ancient village,there are many exchanges among the three dimensional subjects in tourism planning,development of tourism and cultural activities,protection of ancient villages,construction of scenic spots and income distribution of scenic areas,and since the development of tourism in 2001,there has been a symbiosis of three dimensional subjects.Therefore,there are three dimensional symbiosis governance in the tourism ancient village of Wuyuan Wang kou.3.There is asymmetrical symbiiosis governance in the Wuyuanwangkou tourism ancientvillage.Through the qualitative analysis of the government behavior,enterprise behavior and community behavior,and the quantitative analysis of the mutual relationship between each governance subject and subject participation in the village of big events by using the social network analysis,the author finds that there is a reciprocal relationshipamong the subjects,but the reciprocity is asymmetric.Specific performance:the government believes that the help from the enterprise is 1,the enterprise believes that the help from the government is 1;the governmentbelieves that the help from the community is 1.83,the community believes that the help from the government is 1.67;the enterprise believes that the help from the community is 0.67,the community believes that the help from the enterprise is 1.17.So there is a gap between the existing governance model and the ideal governance model,which needs further improvement.4.Put forward the strategy of realizing the good governance in the Wuyuanwangkou tourism ancient village.According to the asymmetry of reciprocity between the three main subjects in the Wuyuanwangkou tourism ancient village,this paper proposes to further implement the villagers' congress system,further improve the villagers' Tourism governance capacity,construct the village culture with win-win concept,design mutual aid nested organizational structure,introduce competition mechanism,improve governance efficiency,design diversified control system and other strategies,to strengthen the communication between the three subjects and to balance the mutual reciprofcity between them so as to achieve good governance.There are three innovations in this paper:the first is to simplify the theoretical model of realizing the symbiosis good governance of the tourism ancient village,which has been proved in the Wuyuanwangkou tourism ancient village;secendly,it is found that Wuyuanwangkou tourism ancient village belongs to asymmetric mutualism governance mode;the third is to use social network analysis method for quantitative analysis of the relationship between the various subjects,then the relationship variables were studied quantitatively,so that the judgment of the relational model become more scientific.The research has theoretical significance for improving the theory of social conflict,and has practical significance for preventing and solving the social conflicts and realizing the good governance of tourism ancient villages.
