Incubator Symbiotic Development:Stability And Realization Path

Since the birth of the first incubator in Wuhan in 1987,China's incubators have been developing rapidly.As an important part of the innovation and entrepreneurship service system,the development of incubators and vigorous and effective incentives for social capital to participate in public entrepreneurship,innovation,and effectively promote the innovation-driven development strategy of the in-depth practice.Although the development of incubators has made remarkable achievements,some problems such as low comprehensive service capacity,single income source and strong dependence on government policies have emerged.The report of the Nineteenth National Congress pointed out that China's economy has changed from the stage of high-speed growth to the stage of high-quality development.In this context,China's innovation and entrepreneurship service system also needs to enter a new stage of high-quality development,for incubators,how to further optimize their operating mode to achieve better service for innovation and entrepreneurship activities has become an important issue to be answered in the new stage.From the practical point of view,symbiotic development has become an important trend of optimizing operation of incubators.For the symbiotic development of incubators,the theoretical circles gradually attach importance to it,but the overall is still in its infancy,lack of in-depth analysis of the symbiotic stability and Realization path.In view of this,on the basis of ecology symbiosis theory,this study firstly clarifies the development trend,connotation and elements of incubator symbiosis,and points out that the development of incubator symbiosis includes four types: mutual independence,parasitism,partial symbiosis and reciprocal symbiosis.Secondly,using logistic model and two-track analysis to compare the equilibrium points under different symbiotic conditions,the stability of the four types of incubator symbiotic development is studied;thirdly,combining with symbiotic evolution model and Enlightenment star case,the realization path of the symbiotic development of incubator is analyzed.The study founds that incubators can break through the maximum growth of their own resources through symbiosis.In the case of reciprocal symbiosis,the incubator and other symbiotic units can break through the maximum growth value of both sides through symbiosis.In order to achieve symbiosis,the incubators can be realized by increasing symbiotic media,enhancing energy flow,optimizing the symbiotic interface and improving the symbiotic environment.On this basis,this study finally from the two levels of incubator and government,with the purpose of reciprocal symbiosis put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions: incubators transformation and upgrading at the same time need to strengthen their own service capabilities,can also improve the quality and compatibility of symbiotic media and improve the symbiotic interface to promote incubation Evolution of the device symbiotic network.The government can create a good symbiotic environment after formulating a symbiotic interface which is more conducive to the reciprocal symbiosis of incubators.
