Study On The Spatial-Temporal Evolution And Functional Transformation Of Rural Housing Land In Poyang County

The rapid process of urbanization in China has brought unprecedented profound changes to rural areas.The key elements of rural development,such as population,capital and land,have been transferred to non-agricultural areas.At the same time,it has also caused many rural problems such as arable land reclamation,rural hollowing out,and rural aging.The rural land use pattern has also undergone profound transformation.In this context,exploring rural land use patterns,temporal and spatial evolution patterns and corresponding solutions is a new path to study rural transformation and development.Rural housing land is an extremely important land use form in rural land types.As an important carrier of rural production and life,it carries the development process of rural transformation,and at the same time it has undergone profound transformation.To understand the development law and evolution trend of rural housing land and to explore the various functions and values of rural housing land,which is of great theoretical value and practical significance to optimize rural homestead layout and planning,guide rural reconstruction and even promote rural revitalization.Therefore,this study first analyzed the evolution characteristics of the number,shape and spatial aggregation of rural housing land in the study area from the median level,and then revealed its spatial and temporal evolution pattern and impact mechanism.Secondly,from the micro level,based on the perspective of “transformation” and “coordination”,the coordination of rural housing land function transformation is comprehensively considered.It is of great reference value for optimizing the layout of rural housing land and strengthening the efficiency management of internal use of rural housing land to study the multi-level influencing factors of rural housing land transformation from the perspective of both space and function.The study uses a variety of methods such as spatial analysis and measurement models to explore the spatial and temporal evolution and functional transformation of the landscape pattern of rural housing land in Poyang County from 2000 to 2017.First of all,following the research idea of “pattern-process-mechanism”,the spatial pattern characteristics,evolution process and drive mechanism of rural housing land spatial and temporal evolution are explored by using GIS spatial analysis,landscape patternindex and multiple regression model.Then,from the outside to the inside,follow the research idea of “function-transformation function-coordination coordinated transformation”,determine the weight of functional transformation index through the mean square error decision-making method,and introduce the coordinated transformation degree model to study the function and coordinated transformation of rural housing land.Finally,based on the analysis of the spatial and temporal pattern evolution and functional transformation of rural housing land,evaluate the synergistic transformation relationship between them.According to the above research ideas,this paper studies the spatio-temporal evolution and functional transformation of rural housing land in Poyang County with the largest poverty county in the Poyang Lake area,Poyang County.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)The study shows that the rural housing land in Poyang County was densely distributed in the southern plains,sparsely distributed in the hilly areas of the northern mountains,and the characteristics of the band-like distribution and multi-core distribution along the topography.In the time series,the scale of the scale is irregular,complicated,and centralized,and the overall spatial agglomeration is improved,and the trend of scale expansion is slowing down.The evolution of its landscape pattern is mainly driven by population,elevation and fiscal revenue factors.(2)The study explores its functional connotation from three aspects: population carrying capacity,asset function and living function of rural housing land,and,using Coordination Transformation Model to analyze the function and coordinated transformation of rural housing land.From 2000 to 2017,the functional transformation degree of rural housing land in Poyang County has been significantly improved.The northern mountainous hilly area and the Poyang Lake area was mainly distributed with high value areas of functional transformation,comprehensive coordination and coordinated transformation,and the plain area near the county.It mainly distributes low-value areas with functional transformation degree,comprehensive coordination degree and coordinated transformation degree.(3)The comparison shows that the landscape pattern and functional transformation pattern of rural housing land in Poyang County show anon-coordinating development relationship,that is,the location conditions and resource endowments are better.The transformation of rural housing land was characterized by unsuccessful transitional speed and poor coordination.The areas where the location conditions and resource endowments was better,the basic conditions and trends of non-agriculturalization of population,capital and other factors was more significant.Therefore,targeted development proposals should be proposed based on the differentiation of rural housing land in different regions.
