The grass-roots level is the forward position of food safety supervision,and is the focus and difficulty of food safety guarantee.The food safety supervision environment is complicated,the personnel are less and the food prevention and detection system is not sound,the supervision task is heavy,and how to effectively supervise the food safety becomes a hot issue for discussion,and the food safety traceability system is one of the effective means of food safety supervision,By means of the technical means,the whole-process supervision of each link from the "cropland" to the "Dining table" can be realized,and the probability of the food safety problem can be effectively reduced.Relying on the food safety traceability system of Yiliang County as the research object,this paper analyses the food traceability system of Yiliang County realistically,and finds that the food traceability system of Yiliang County is in the state of idling,and the coverage and popularization rate are very low.There are several different standards of food traceability systems on the market at the same time.Through the analysis of the present situation of the food traceability system,it is concluded that the factors that affect the operation of the food traceability system include the main body involved in the construction of the food traceability system,the composition of the system itself,and the external environment.Firstly,the paper expounds the necessity and urgency of the traceability system of food safety in theory,and enumerates the work of traceability system.Then,using the methods of literature research,comparative analysis and questionnaire survey,we analyze the causes of the problems existing in the food traceability system of Yiliang county.Finally,some measures and suggestions are put forward to speed up the improvement of the traceability system of food safety:first,to enhance the enthusiasm of the participants,to increase the consumers' awareness of the traceability system and the desire for purchase,and to enhance the strength and confidence of enterprises to participate in the traceability system.Relying on government support and supervision of the system;The second is to perfect the system design,from the system structure,standards,information transmission to improve the system constantly;third,to create a good external environment,to provide for the food traceability system construction Institutional safeguards and strong supervision.Through the research,it is concluded that Yiliang County,as a traditional agricultural county,is weak in safety consciousness and insufficient in strength,consumers know little about the food traceability system,and it is almost impossible to perfect the food traceability system in a short period of time.In addition,some enterprises have poor self-discipline in the industry,and in the final analysis,it is necessary to rely on the administrative compulsion of the government to promote the construction of the system,and at the same time give full play to the subjective initiative of people.Because neither the system itself nor the improvement of the external environment can be separated from human operation and maintenance.Starting from the various actors in the supply chain,we can improve the enthusiasm of the participating system and jointly construct the traceability system of food safety,so as to improve the overall food safety supervision level of Yiliang county.
