A Research On High Net Worth Clients' Wealth Management Of Security Companies In China

Since 21th century,economy in China has been grown in a rapid rate.Recently,this rapid economic growth results in an enormous growth in high net worth people every year.At the end of 2017,the number of high net worth people in China exceeded 1.87 million.The growth in high net worth people creates a blue sea for private banking in financial institutions.Every huge financial institution competes with each other for high net worth clients.Security companies as the important part of financial institutions also want to take part in the competition and get rich profits from the wealth management business.Firstly,this paper reviews the relevant literatures of customer relationship management theory at home and abroad,analyzes the research results of the theory,and summarizes the related concepts and theories,laying a good theoretical foundation for the research and analysis of this paper.Secondly,this paper analyzes the development status of high-net-worth people in China,including the regional distribution of high-net-wortih individuals,occupation and industry distribution,asset allocation structure,etc.,and studies the preference of high-net-worth individuals for financial institutions and their wealth management products and services.It also summarizes the current status and characteristics of financial institutions such as commercial banks,insurance companies,trust companies and third-party wealth management companies for high-net-worth clients.Thirdly,this paper makes an in-depth SWOT analysis of brokers' high-net-worth customer wealth management business.All of these have laid a realistic foundation for the research of this article.Finally,from tlhe micro level,this paper takes Industrial Securities as an example,through the development history and current situation analysis of the wealth management of high-net-worth clients of Industrial Securities,and the comparative study with China Merchants Bank's private bank,the leading wealth management institution in China,to obtain Industrial Securities.The problem of wealth management in high-net-worth clients,and the competitive strategy of wealth management of high-net-worth clients of Industrial Securities.
