The development of SMEs is an important issue in the economic field.Whether in China or Europe and the United States,the risk of managing SMEs is inevitable in the development of the financial industry.Deepening reforms will continue to move forward.The development of SMEs is getting faster and faster.To solve economic development problems,we must consider the national economy and people's livelihood,do a good job in the development opportunities of SMEs,solve their development problems,and use national policies to guide the development of SMEs.The direction is to achieve a good and fast development of SMEs.However,due to the small scale,weak pressure and scattered nature of small and medium-sized enterprises,there is no corresponding effective credit evaluation mechanism in the long-term development.There is no corresponding guarantee and regulation channel for risk management and other issues.Therefore,commercial banks and small and medium-sized enterprises carry out loan financing.More prudent cooperation,which has a negative impact on the financing development of SMEs.How to better carry out the financing business of commercial banks and SMEs and solve the problem of credit support is a major problem that needs to be solved in the development environment and mechanism of SMEs.Since 2012,small and medium-sized private enterprises have broken out in Wenzhou.The local economy in Wenzhou has slowed down,some small and medium-sized enterprises have worsened their operations,capital chains are tight,business owners have run away,and corporate loans are overdue.The rate of non-performing loans of banks has risen sharply,and the quality of assets has been seriously affected.Individual banks gradually withdraw from the small and medium-sized enterprises credit market,making the financing difficulties of SMEs become more prominent.Wenzhou is one of the birthplaces of private small and medium-sized enterprises.The private economy is relatively developed.The author is a bank practitioner.In order to promote the healthy development of local small and medium-sized enterprises and improve the asset quality of commercial banks,it is necessary to study the credit risk management of small and medium-sized enterprises.On the basis of studying and drawing lessons from the previous research results on small and medium-sized enterprises credit,this study takes Pudong Development Bank W sub-bank as an example to study the credit risk management of the small and medium-sized enterprises.This paper first introduces the background and significance,research ideas and framework.Secondly,the basic theories of the small and medium-sized enterprises' credit risk management,such as the small and medium-sized enterprises,credit risk,credit risk classification and characteristics,credit risk management theory are stated.Thirdly,it introduces the general situation of Pudong Development Bank W Branch,including the status of deposit and loan business,SME credit business process.This paper briefly describes the forms of loan risk of SMEs in this bank: credit risk,market risk,management risk,operational risk,and the three problems existing in the credit management of SMEs: inadequate control of the source of credit risk,lack of credit risk assessment system,and lack of credit risk prevention.This paper summarizes the causes of credit risk management of small and medium-sized enterprises in W Branch,including personnel,credit culture and management system.Then,the advanced experience of foreign banks such as the Wells Fargo Bank of America was introduced.Finally,five aspects,such as policy,process,product,consciousness and mechanism,are optimized.Finally,the paper summarizes the whole article and puts forward the prospect of better service for SMEs.
