With the advancement of information technology,the development of China's online game industry is in the ascendant,and the government has also issued policies on managing the development of the online game industry.In recent years,although the sales revenue and user scale of online games have been increasing,most of the growth rate has gradually slowed down.The number of consumers in China has gradually reached a peak,and online game manufacturers have presented the "two-eighth law".The main market is occupied by giants such as Tencent and NetEase,and the development of the online game industry has been frustrated.The overseas expansion of China's online game industry is bound to face competition from foreign big online game countries.Therefore,the focus of this paper is to enhance the strength of China's online game industry and ensure the sound and healthy development of the online game industry.This paper firstly understands the relevant theories of the online game industry chain through literature research,and then conducts text analysis and research from the development of China's online game industry and the structure of the industry chain.Secondly,it selects the industrial chain with the American Blizzard Entertainment Company and China Tencent Game Company as the core enterprises.For the case,analyze their respective roles in the industry chain.Finally,compare and analyze the industrial chain structure to find the path of China's online game industry chain optimization.In summary,it is found that the development of China's online game industry chain has the following problems: the product development in the upstream of the industry chain lacks independent intellectual property rights and cultural connotation.The core enterprises in the middle chain of the industry chain have talent shortage and marketing utilitarianism,and the overall downstream of the industrial chain.Linkage and lack of extension.After analyzing the problem,this paper proposes countermeasures from three levels: game products,online game companies and online game industry chain.In online game products,it is necessary to upgrade independent research and development technology to make game products more refined.At the same time,adhere to cultural characteristics and attach importance to Cultural integration.In the aspect of online game enterprises,it is necessary to cultivate professional online game talents,strengthen game intellectual property management,and implement merger and acquisition strategies.Finally,in the network game industry chain integration,and the pan-entertainment industry linkage,broaden the industry chain;strengthen game manufacturers cooperation,share experience;establish a standardized online game management system,improve the online game environment,and the state provides policy support.
