The era of mobile Internet has arrived with the popularization of the Internet and the rapid development of information technology.In recent years,China's online game industry develops quickly with the production value increasing year by year,especially the constant growing number of young users.But the online game has appearing in a negative image in the social environment of our country,even as the opium of the spirit.Public opinion is still in a general state of resistance to online game industry,which is the special feature of online game industry.Therefore the development of network game in China is full of twists and turns,and the game between policy and industry is extremely complex.As the industry regulator,the government authorities have ambiguous attitudes towards online games,and formulate and promulgate various policies to promote or restrict online games.Therefore,the study of Chinese online game industry policy has very important theoretical value and practical significance.How to reasonably control and guide the online game industry by means of industrial policies,not only to bring into play the economic advantages of the online game industry,but also to prevent the negativesocial effects and adverse effects brought by the online game industry,is the problem that the government and the society need to pay attention to.Through the analysis of the existing research results,it can be found that the domestic research on cultural industry policies is mostly from the perspective of policy and industrial structure.As for game industry policy research in China,most focuses on strategy and regulations,and the other is concrete on the conception of the game industrial policy and policy attributes analysis.These studies almost do not involve the inner mechanism of policy formulation and implementation of the online game industry,and also lack of proof of the actual effects of these policies,that is,the lack of testing of policy effects.Therefore,this dissertation attempts to analyzethe current development of Chinese online game industry based on policy perspective.Explore the connotation of industrial policy through text analysis and other methods,and verify the actual effect of industrial policy by establishing an econometric model,in order to fully demonstrate the organic interaction between China's online game industry and policy,and explore the direction of policy development.The main conclusions drawn by this dissertation are as follows:(1)Online game has the economy attributes of strong consumption stimulation,high stickiness and low marginal cost.In the context of the prevalence of consumerism,online game will lead to human alienation.(2)China's online game industrial policy can be divided into two kinds of industrial supervision policy and industrial support policy.The subjects of industrial supervision has the problem of multiple management and unclear power and responsibility,which is easy to cause the abuse of power.Relevant industrial policy lacks the adjustment to industrial organization and market structure.(3)Currently,there are many problems in China's online game industry,including the high level of industry monopoly which makes it difficult to form effective competition;Resource allocation efficiency is not high and industrial progress is not obvious;Profit margins is too high and huge social welfare losses,etc.(4)Through the empirical analysis,it can be found that the industrial subsidy policy of online game has not played a promoting role in R&D investment,which is closely related to the subsidy policy of online game industry at the current stage.
