The research of this article has taken theoretical and practical significance in exploring and constructing a salary incentive system,taking Beijing Rczy property management company as an example,that closely links the management strategy of small and medium-sized property management companies with the needs of employees' interests.Firstly,this article makes a conclusion that the forms,theories and development directions of salary incentives would be conformed and provided the development trend of salary incentives to the characteristics of small and medium-sized realty enterprises,and the existing problems of direction based on the summary of related research literature and theories from domestic and foreign.Secondly,it is introduced the general situation that the current situation of the company's salary management from the aspects of the company's development status,organization,personnel structure and salary structure.Then it is taken the satisfaction survey of Rczy company's salary management and analyzed the results of the survey.This paper is analyzed the problems existing in the company's compensation management process.Finally it is put forward basic principles about the basic ideas,guiding ideology for optimizing the compensation system of Rczy property management company.This paper is put forward the optimization plan of Rczy's salary system from the aspects of job evaluation,operation process,performance evaluation,salary structure etc at first.And then it would be determined the salary structure and salary grade in combination with the external salary level survey and the government's industry salary guide line.At last,it is put forward the safeguard measures to implement the salary system optimization plan that mainly focus on the organizational guarantee,human resources guarantee and capital guarantee.Finally,the research shows that the premise for small and medium-sized property management enterprises would be built a compensation system based on job responsibilities and combined with which is performance appraisal,scientific and reasonable job analysis,rigorous operation procedures.and the consistency of internal and external fairness.It is must be closely contacted the strategic objectives of their management in the process of constructing their compensation system and continuously pushed the small and medium-sized realty management enterprises to improve their management performance.
