Research On The Development Mode Of Industrial Parks

With the change of economic growth mode and the need of industrial transformation and upgrading,the development of industrial parks should be transformed from high speed to high quality.At present,the overall scale of industrial parks in China continues to expand,and their contribution to regional economy increases.Since industrial parks have become an important carrier to cultivate emerging industries,promote economic development,intensify industrial agglomeration and improve regional competitiveness,it is imperative to explore a development mode of industrial parks that can scientifically plan and coordinate economic resources and enhance industrial agglomeration ability.Based on industry cluster theory,regional spatial structure theory and the sustainable development theory as the foundation,using induction method,system study and case analysis,respectively from the industrial park and industrial park planning process operation process analysis the main factors affecting industrial park development model,according to the park to participate in the main responsibilities and functions of different could be divided into the government's leading industrial park development pattern,development company leading and joining in three models,the industrial park development process is divided into "early start-middle-late perfect"three stages,This paper expounds the development process of industrial parks from the aggregation of production factors to the integration of industry and city in different stages.Taking Huaxia Happiness as an example,this paper analyzes the development mode selection of its industrial parks in different stages,compares the development modes of typical industrial parks abroad,and summarizes the characteristics and shortcomings of the development modes of Huaxia Happiness industrial parks.Finally,based on theoretical discussion and case analysis at home and abroad,as the leading enterprise of China's industrial park operators,the development model of Huaxia Happiness industrial park has reference significance for the sustainable development of industrial parks.This paper holds that:(1)Industrial parks are a form of industrial agglomeration.To realize the sustainable development of industrial parks,it is necessary to strengthen the industrial agglomeration capacity of industrial parks.(2)Economic resource endowment,industrial development policy,industrial positioning and spatial layout are the main factors that affect the planning mode of industrial parks.Operating subjects,operating concepts and operating services affect the operation mode of industrial parks,and the selection of planning mode and operation mode of industrial parks determines the development mode of industrial parks.(3)According to the characteristics of industrial park development modes at different stages of Huaxia Happiness,it can be concluded that the development mode of Huaxia Happiness industrial park is a multi-party participatory development mode.From park planning to operation,government and enterprise cooperation is an effective path to achieve sustainable development of industrial parks.(4)The development model of Huaxia Happiness can be used for reference in the development of industrial parks.In the planning process of industrial parks,policy factors and regional advantages should be combined to position the industrial parks,and rational spatial layout planning should pay special attention to the construction of supporting infrastructure.In the process of industrial park operation,attention should be paid to the efficiency of operation and management and the improvement of industrial ecological environment.
