| Eco-industrial park is based on the theory of circular economy and industrial ecology principle design made of a new form of industrial organization. It is through the simulation of natural systems, the establishment of industrial systems, "Producer - Consumer - decomposers" cycle way to achieve closed-loop material and energy multi-level utilization, achieve economic and environmental win-win. Double the scale of industrial development, increase in production and consumption of mutual stimulation, showing a super-large-scale exploitation of resources has greatly changed the environment, industrial activities, a variety of pollutants generated in the process. The proposal to adapt to realities of eco-industrial development requirements, demonstrate the reasonableness of ecological theory and industrial development and ecological environment in the bright future of harmony, but also the theory of circular economy in industrial production in the concrete realization of patterns. This paper describes the theory of eco-industrial park formation of context; followed at home and abroad for the building of eco-industrial park with an overview and classification, found that the general law; and then sum up the success of eco-industrial park construction and planning experience in the process of practice existence of many problems; and finally address these issues a series of systemic recommendations. |
