In the era of knowledge and network economy,the paradigm of economic growth and upgrading of competitive power has shifted from resource investment to technological innovation.Apple,Huawei and Qualcomm and other technology companies rely on strong technical innovation strength and technological innovations to leave the latecomers behind.In Schumpeter's growth theory,the importance of "creative destructive" activities in the process of value creation and growth is further highlighted.Subversive innovation technologies are constantly emerging,and the paradigm of innovation activities has undergone unprecedented changes and innovations.In the innovation activities,the cross-regional spatial connection of the multi-participating participants has become more and more tight,and the trend of synergy and networking has become more apparent.Innovation results are not only influenced by knowledge,but also by the different way of cooperation is reflected by the characteristics of the network structure.It can be seen that knowledge,network and technological innovation have a close but not clear relationship.Therefore,it is necessary to deeply comb the mechanism of influence between knowledge,network and technological innovation.On the basis of previous scholars' research experience,firstly,this study establishes the research variables are that niche of knowledge niche,network structure and technological innovation;secondly,this paper reviews the connotation,dimensions and characteristics of knowledge niche,overall network structure and technological innovation,and related research at home and abroad.At last,based on the knowledge resource basic theory and knowledge spillover theory,the conceptual model of the research on the relationship between knowledge niche,network structure and technological innovation is constructed,and the corresponding hypotheses are put forward.Combined with the research problems,the paper finally determines the electronic data industry as the research object,and sorts the patent data through the website of the National Knowledge Patent Property Office,MATLAB and UCINET software tools,and used STATA software to carry out regression analysis and hypothesis verification.Through analyzing and testing,the study draws the following conclusions:Knowledge niche has different influences on technological innovation:(1)knowledge niche density positively affects progressive innovation,while the relationship of breakthrough innovation shows an inverted U-shaped;(2)knowledge niche width is positively influence breakthrough innovation,while the relationship of progressive innovation shows an inverted U-shaped.The network structure plays different regulatory effects in the relationship between knowledge niche and technological innovation:(1)Network clustering coefficient weakens the inverted U-shaped relationship between knowledge niche density and breakthrough innovation,and weakens the positive relationship between knowledge niche breadth and breakthrough innovation.But the network clustering coefficient is not significant in the positive relationship between knowledge niche density and progressive innovation,what's more,the network clustering coefficient doesn't play a role in the inverted U-shaped relationship of knowledge niche breadth and progressive innovation.(2)The degree of separation strengthens the positive relationship between knowledge niche density and progressive innovation,and strengthens the inverted U-shaped relationship between knowledge niche breadth and progressive innovation.At the same time,network separation weakens the inverted U-shaped relationship of knowledge niche density and breakthrough.However,the degree of separation doesn't play a regulatory role in the positive relationship between knowledge niche breadth and breakthrough innovation.
