The emergence of trade protectionism and unilateralism in western capitalist countries, which aggravates the instability of the development of economic globalization.Influenced by the change of international economy, the traditional export-oriented economic development model cannot meet the requirements of China's current economic development. It is high time for china went further deepening reforms and opened wider to the outside world, and carried on "attracting foreign investments" and "going abroad" simultaneously, developed a higher-level open economy has become the focus of contemporary economic development.Central Plains Urban Agglomeration not only is an essential component of Central China, but an important interface linking the south to the north, besides, connecting the east with the west.According to the above situation, this dissertation explores the spatial-temporal evolution and its influencing factors of the open economic development in Central Plains Urban Agglomeration, which plays an important role in promoting the level of open economic development in Central Plains Urban Agglomeration.Furthermore,it is conducive for China to form a new pattern of opening-up with land, domestic and overseas linkages, and East-West mutual assistance. This dissertation makes comments on the theory of comparative advantage, new trade theory, theory of advantage of backwardness, competitive advantage theory as well.In addition, this dissertation uses Entropy-TOPSIS model to measure the open economic development level of 30 cities in Central Plains Urban Agglomeration from 2000 to 2017.By means of time differences measurement, this dissertation examines the temporal evolution characteristics of open economy in Central Plains Urban Agglomeration. With the methods of spatial pattern analysis, this dissertation analyses the spatialdistribution characteristics, spatial correlation characteristics and spatial variation characteristics of open economy respectively.By constructing the spatial panel econometric model, this dissertation explores the influencing factors of the open economy in Central Plains Urban Agglomeration, and chooses the optimal model for analysis.Accordingly, the dissertation puts forward effective measures to improve the open economic development in Central Plains urban agglomeration. The main conclusions are as follows. From the perspective of temporal evolution of open economic development in Central Plains Urban Agglomeration, the overall differences,intra-regional and inter-regional differences, open economic sub-system differences are expanding from 2000 to 2017.Specifically,the overall differences of the open economy have increased significantly. The differences between intra-regional and inter-regional show a trend of fluctuating growth, besides, the differences in core regions are the main reasons for differences lead to the differences of open economy. From 2000 to 2003,the overall difference of open economy in Central Plains Urban Agglomeration is mainly due to the difference of industrial open subsystems.Social open subsystems in 2004-2012 are the main reasons for the difference, and investment open subsystems in2013-2017 are the main contributors to the difference.Based on spatial distribution evolution,The standard deviation ellipse center of the open economic development in Central Plains Urban Agglomeration obviously shifts to the Northeast. Moreover, its distribution direction is always tending to the direction of "northwest-southeast".The shape of the standard deviation ellipse tends to be narrow.Additionally, the open economy shows a diffuse development trend in the direction of "northwest-southeast",There is a tendency of agglomeration distribution in the direction of "northeast-southwest".What is more, the area of standard deviation ellipse is gradually decreasing, and the spatial distribution tends to collectively distributed.Judging from the spatial correlation evolution of the open economic development in CentralPlains Urban Agglomeration, the global spatial autocorrelation of open economy is strengthening. The correlation is changed from insignificant negative correlation to significant positive correlation, and from random distribution to agglomeration distribution in space.Local spatial autocorrelation is mainly dominated by HH and LL districts, and spatial homogeneity is greater than spatial heterogeneity. What is more, the spatial extent of HH area is expanding obviously, mainly concentrated in the mid west of Central Plains Urban Agglomeration.LL area has evolved from the east to the southeast. The open economic development in Central Plains Urban Agglomeration has formed a distribution pattern of "high in the mid west, and low in the southeast".According to the spatial variation evolution of open economic development in Central Plains Urban Agglomeration, the spatial structural characteristics show significant differences at various periods, structural differentiation enhancement caused by spatial self-organization,and its influence extending more widely. And there is a difference in the homogeneity of the parties in different periods.Spatial variability enhancement in omnidirectional and northwest-southeast directions, besides, spatial homogeneity improvement in the south-north,northeast-southwest,east-western direction. The three-dimensional space of open economic development has experienced the evolution from bipolar nucleus to multipolar nucleus and then to unipolar nucleus, and the range of high-value polar nuclear regions has expanded significantly, forming a high-valued isolated point with Zhengzhou as the core.As for the influencing factors of open economic development in Central Plains Urban Agglomeration, the proportion of secondary industry, the proportion of tertiary industry and regional policies have significant positive impacts on target cities and entire area, and which inhibit adjacent cities' development of open economy. The urbanization rate has significant negative impacts on adjacent cities and entire area.Reducing the urban registered unemployment rate can enhance the open economy in targetcities. The proportion of science and technology expenditure in financial expenditure, the proportion of Internet broadband subscribers, the regional relationship with the central city can promote the development of open economy which includes every city in Central Plains Urban Agglomeration. The improvement of traffic connectivity index also hinders the development of open economy in adjacent cities. To improve the regional relationship with the port city in the region will obstruct the development of open economy in the target cities and adjacent cities, but also entire area.Furthermore, the proportion of tertiary industry has the most significant impacts on target cities, the regional relationship with the central city has the greatest positive impact on the adjacent cities and entire area, the regional relationship with the port city is the most difficult impediment to promote the open economical development in Central Plains Urban Agglomeration. The innovations of this study are as shown, according to the connotation of open economy, this dissertation builds a comprehensive index system for comprehensive evaluation of open economic development, including trade, investment, finance, industry and society, which provides interior areas with reference for the index system construction of open economic. In the variable design of influencing factors of open economic development, not only the socio-economic conditions such as regional economic strength and industrial structure are taken into account, but also factors such as location conditions and regional macro-control are included.
