Technological progress is a decisive factor in regional economic growth.With the development of new economic geography,regional economics and other disciplines,spatial factors have been increasingly valued.The focus of attention has been increasingly put into the economic effect analysis.Then,as the core growth area that drives the rise of the central region and the new space supporting the national economic development,what are the influencing factors of the technological progress of the Central Plains urban agglomeration?How should we scientifically evaluate the spatial spillover effect of the technological progress of the local cities? In view of the above problems,the spatial econometric modeling method has been deeply studied in this paper,and with the current situation of spatial agglomeration level of technological progress in Zhongyuan urban agglomeration,the corresponding empirical conclusions have been obtained,and reasonable countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.This paper first selects the appropriate indicators to analyze the present progress of the level of development of technology of city group of Central Plains,and on the basis of comparative analysis of each index respectively and technology development level,to directly observe the technological progress of the spatial agglomeration affect effect.Secondly,the city group of Central Plains of the prefecture level city level of technological progress,whether there is spatial autocorrelation test,and calculated the global spatial autocorrelation index and spatial autocorrelation index using 0-1 spatial neighborhood spatial weight matrix of the traditional Moran scatter plot and LISA clustering distribution respectively,it was found that the fluctuation of space technology progress level the correlation between 0.1-0.3 basically in 2007-2015 years,Moran index P value through the test of significance in 5% under the.Therefore,it can be considered that there is a positive spatial correlation between technological development level of prefecture level cities.It also indicates that spatial econometrics method has certain rationality to study the spatial agglomeration factors and spillovers of technological progress in Zhongyuan urban agglomeration.Finally,through the establishment of relevant spatial lag model for empirical analysis,the results show that the direct effect of Zhongyuan city group the level of technical progress and the indirect effect was 0.0771,the local technological progress level city technology progress level to the local level city and the adjacent city development level has a significant positive effect.In order to measure the regularity of spillover effects of technological progress of Zhongyuan city group space,this paper uses 100 km,150 km,200 km,300 km and 400 km as determined the spatial weight matrix of standard bricks,carries on the empirical analysis,results show that the technology of city group of Central Plains in the development level of spatial spillover effects did not show a general rule of spillover effect decreases with the increase of the distance,but showing the first decline and then surge phenomenon,this phenomenon and the level of progress of city group of Central Plains technology development is not balanced and the spatial layout.At the same time,it puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the level of technological progress of the Central Plains urban agglomeration.
