Study On The Coordinated Development Of Rural Revitalization And New Urbanization In Henan Province

The relationship between urban and rural areas is the historical stage product in the process of industrialization of human society.In essence,towns and villages are the relations of mutual lips and teeth and mutual promotion,and the development of towns can not be separated from the prosperity and support of villages,and the revitalization of villages can not be separated from the radiation and drive of towns.At present,the imbalance of urban and rural development has become the biggest development imbalance in our country.As a traditional agriculture and population province,Henan has a long way to go in the process of revitalizing new urbanization in rural areas.There exists a close coupling mechanism between rural revitalization and new-type urbanization,which studies the relationship between rural revitalization and new-type urbanization It is also necessary to solve the dilemma of agriculture,rural areas and farmers and realize the overall well-off society.Therefore,taking Henan Province as the empirical research object,it has strong practical and theoretical significance to study the coupling and coordination relationship between rural revitalization and new urbanization in Henan Province.This paper first uses the "symbiotic theory" in ecology to establish a five-in-one urban-rural coupling mechanism from five aspects of politics,economy,culture,society and ecology;secondly,constructs the evaluation index system of rural revitalization and new urbanization in Henan Province,and uses the entropy value weighting method to determine the index weight.Because of different regions,different time level of rural revitalization,new urbanization level and the two coordinated development of the situation is different.Based on this,this paper carries out the following two aspects of research: one is to make a comprehensive evaluation of the coupling degree and coordination degree of rural revitalization and new urbanization from 2010 to 2018;the other is to select 2010 and 2018,as the research node,theregional analysis of the coordinated development of rural revitalization and new urbanization was carried out.The following main conclusions are drawn: from the perspective of time series coupling,the level of rural revitalization and new urbanization in China in 2010-2018 is generally increasing,in which the level of rural revitalization continues to grow,and the growth trend of new urbanization is relatively slow.From2010 to 2018,the coupling relationship between rural revitalization and new urbanization in Henan Province is in the stage of high level coupling,the fluctuation range is small,the level of coupling coordination is relatively high,the coordination level has experienced the change of "barely coordination-good coordination ",and most cities in the province are in good condition Coordination phase.From the perspective of spatial coupling,the index of rural revitalization and new urbanization development in 2018 is higher than that in 2010,and the index of rural revitalization in each city is smaller.The coupling degree between rural revitalization and new urbanization is high,all of them are in high-level coupling stage.the coupling coordination relationship is dominated by primary coordination.In economically developed areas,rural revitalization and new-type urbanization can promote each other and form a situation of coordinated development;in economically disadvantaged areas,rural revitalization lags behind seriously in the new pace of urbanization,the two have not been coordinated.Based on the Moran index method,this paper analyzes the spatial aggregation of rural revitalization and new-type urbanization,and concludes that the coupling degree of rural revitalization and new-type urbanization in Henan Province presents a significant positive spatial convergence effect,and forms the polarization of high-high agglomeration and low-low agglomeration.Finally,according to the results of empirical analysis,the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the coordinated development of rural revitalization and new urbanization in Henan Province.
