Comprehensive Evaluation Of The Integration Of Informatization And Industrialization In Jiangxi Province

With the emerging information technologies such as AI,VR,and Internet of Things,they are rapidly integrating into industrial manufacturing.The innovative development of information technology has put forward higher requirements for the integration of "two technologies"(informatization and industrialization).The integration and development of "two transformations" is an important path for the rise of Jiangxi.What is the degree and efficiency of the integration of the two provinces in Jiangxi Province? Compared with the national average and developed provinces,what is the level and the gap? How to find a path to improve the level of integration? In order to further understand these issues and tap the direction of the effort,this study conducts research on these issues.This research is divided into six chapters.Firstly,based on the domestic and foreign literatures,the measurement theory and method are discussed.Secondly,the current situation of the integration of "two transformations" in Jiangxi Province is used as the research background to explain the connotation of the integration of "two transformations".Levels and meanings,and analyze the theoretical basis of the integration of "two transformations";using the coupling coordination degree model to construct the index system of the degree of integration of "two transformations",and obtain the coupling degree of "two transformations" in Jiangxi Province,and then with the national and Jiangsu provinces The comparative analysis of the degree of coupling between “two transformations”;then,using the composite synergy degree to construct the evaluation index system of “two-in-one” integration efficiency in Jiangxi Province,and measuring the “two-in-one” fusion efficiency of Jiangxi Province,the whole country and Jiangsu Province,It conducts comparative analysis and finds the difference between Jiangxi Province and the whole country and Jiangsu Province.Then,based on the above empirical analysis,using eviews6.0 software to carry out linear regression analysis on the influencing factors of the degree and efficiency of the “two transformations” in Jiangxi Province,to find out the impact.Factor;Finally,based on the excavated impact factors,put forward policy opinions to promote the integration of the two provinces in Jiangxi Province.Through research,the paper draws the following conclusions:(1)From the perspective of integration level,the overall integration level in 2008-2017 is increasing year by year,with an average annual growth of 1.068 times.From the perspective of each year,the highest is 2017,the coordination degree is 0.903;thelowest year is 2008,the coordination degree is 0.501;the highest and lowest difference is 1.802 times,indicating that the integration level of Jiangxi Province has developed rapidly in the past ten years;From the perspective of integration efficiency,the highest is in 2014,the degree of synergy is 0.0881,the lowest is in 2008,the degree of synergy is only 0.0055,the difference between the two reached 10.365times;(3)from the influence factor,the impact of "two transformations" The most important factors are the number of new product development projects in high-tech industries and the number of products and process innovation enterprises above the scale.The most important factor affecting the integration efficiency of “two technologies” is the number of effective invention patents and information transmission of new products of industrial enterprises above designated size.,software and information technology services,new fixed asset investment.In order to further promote the integration of the "two transformations" in Jiangxi Province,it is necessary not only to improve the government's driving role,but also to encourage enterprises to actively develop a new generation of information technology with incentive policies.
