| As the core competitive area of Agricultural Bank of China,the county sub-branches of Agricultural Bank of China undertake the important task of serving agriculture,rural areas and farmers and the development of local real economy.In recent years,with the continuous opening up of the market economy,the emergence of Internet finance,the increasing competition in the banking industry,the development of the county-level market economy is more prosperous,and the rapid development of the "three rural" and county-level markets also requires more and more financial products.These transformation trends have brought great development opportunities to ABC county sub-branches,but at the same time,they have also brought great challenges and transformation pressures.County sub-branches must speed up the pace of strategic transformation and enhance their comprehensive competitiveness according to the strategic transformation policy of the Headquarters of ABC.Firstly,this paper defines the concept of commercial bank on the basis of collecting and consulting relevant documents,and analyzes the functions and operation modes of commercial banks.The strategic management theory,strategic transformation theory and strategic execution theory are taken as the theoretical basis to study the strategic transformation of ABC county sub-branches,providing strong theoretical support for subsequent research.Secondly,through an in-depth analysis of the reasons for the strategic transformation of ABC county sub-branches from external and internal factors,the urgency and importance of the strategic transformation of county sub-branches are determined.Then,it analyzes the overall situation of the strategic transformation of county sub-branches of Agricultural Bank of China’s H province branch.Through sorting out and summarizing the documents on the strategic transformation of county sub-branches of Agricultural Bank of China and H province branch,and consulting the opinions of senior management and First-line Managers,it summarizes 18 strategic transformation evaluation indexes and establishes a transformation evaluation index system.Finally,based on the relevant index data of 105 county sub-branches of Agricultural Bank of China’s H province branch,this paper makes factor analysis and comprehensive evaluation on the transformation effect of county sub-branches in the whole province,analyzes the problems arising from the strategic transfor-mation of county sub-branches,discusses the common problems existing in county sub-branches,and puts forward improvement measures in view of the existing problems.On the basis of the evaluation and analysis of the strategic transformation effect of the county sub-branches of Agricultural Bank of China’s H province branch,the path selection for the strategic transformation of the county sub-branches of Agricultural Bank of China is determined.Through the research and analysis of the article,the conclusions are as follows: First,the county sub-branches of Agricultural Bank of China must fully realize the pressure brought by the changes in the internal and external environment,accelerate the pace of strategic transformation,and adapt to the needs of the county financial market;Second,factor analysis of county-level sub-branches in H province found that the strategic transformation results of county-level sub-branches were uneven,and the scores of customer service efficiency and comprehensive management ability were generally not high.Third,in the factor analysis of this article,customer service efficiency and comprehensive management ability are the basis of business development,and each branch must pay attention to them.Backward branches should actively learn from advanced branches,find out the reasons for backwardness and rectify them in time.Fourth,the strategic transformation path of county-level sub-branches includes: developing the "three rural" financial model in Internet plus,promoting the "scene+marketing" service model,implementing the "talent+performance" management model,and implementing the "compliance+wind control" operation model.From the perspective of evaluation and analysis,this paper studies the strategic transformation of ABC’s county sub-branches and draws conclusions,hoping to provide some reference for evaluation and path selection. |
