Employee turnover refers to the phenomenon that employees leave their company for personal reasons.For enterprises,employee turnover means a reduction in talents,and the company needs to re-do the recruitment of personnel in the position,which means an increase in the cost of human resources.For enterprises,frequent employee turnover has a great negative impact on enterprises,and it also reflects some problems in enterprise management.In this case,enterprises must seriously investigate and find out the causes to solve the problem of employee turnover.Based on the employee turnover model and the employee satisfaction theory,this paper takes the employees of the GZ Bank Credit Approval Department as the research object,and studies the causes of the serious loss of the GZ Bank Credit Approval Department staff through literature analysis,survey analysis and interview analysis.The first is to define the related concepts such as employee turnover and job satisfaction by reading the literature,and provide a theoretical basis for the writing of the thesis.Secondly,through the investigation and interview,the overall understanding of the employee turnover of the GZ Bank Credit Approval Department is carried out.Furthermore,the data of the company's lost employees' return visits are summarized,and the company's employee turnover model is combined to summarize the reasons for employee turnover.Therefore,from the perspective of management,according to the interview situation,provide some practical solutions for the GZ Bank Credit Approval Department.Finally,summarize the full text,summarize the main conclusions and prospects for the future.Through the research,the following conclusions are drawn: the reasons for employee turnover are divided into three aspects: family,company and individual.This paper summarizes the reasons for the loss of employees in the credit approval department of GZ Bank,namely family reasons,compensation and welfare reasons,working environment,Reasons for promotion space,corporate culture,personal planning and goal orientation.In response to these problems,several reasonable suggestions have been put forward from the perspective of management.One is to help employees reduce family pressure,the other is to build a new compensation and welfare system,and the third is to improve the company's office.The environment,the fourth is to protect the personal development of employees,and the fifth is to innovate and develop corporate culture.
