The report of the 19th CPC national congress stressed that socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and the major social contradiction in China has been transformed into the contradiction between the people's growing need for a better life and unbalanced and inadequate development.People begin to pursue better quality of life,and the demand for quality of life is also changing.The demand for agricultural products is also constantly changing,from being able to solve the problem of food and clothing in the past to the pursuit of high-quality life now.The most significant change is in agricultural products.From the requirement not damaged,fresh to today's green,organic,ecological and other requirements of the transformation,but because of the agricultural products due to its own character such as easy to rot,affected by natural geographical conditions,leading to the uncertainty of a logistics process as well as the political,economic and environmental factors such as risks,are in the process of circulation of agricultural products for marketing and will have a significant impact.First of all,this article combed the domestic and foreign research progress of agricultural products logistics efficiency,based on the theory of efficiency,on the basis of using system dynamics method is proposed to analyze the cause of the main causes of low efficiency of agricultural products logistics,from the perspective of system analysis of the key factors influencing the efficiency of agricultural product logistics,the efficiency of the agricultural products logistics system dynamics model is established,from the perspective of dynamic exploration to promote the efficiency of agricultural products logistics strategy for research.Secondly,analyzing and studying the agricultural products logistics system and its components,finding out the evolutionary mechanism affecting the efficiency of agricultural products logistics,conducting multiple regression analysis,combining qualitative and quantitative analysis to get causal relationship diagram and system flow diagram,and establish the system dynamics model of agricultural products logistics efficiency.Through the analysis of the model,,the changing state of influencing factors of agricultural products logistics efficiency was found out,and the simulation analysis and sensitivity test were carried out.Based on the obtained results,the corresponding Suggestions and strategies were put forward.(1)According to the results of simulation and sensitivity test of agricultural logistics infrastructure construction,The more perfect the construction of agricultural logistics infrastructure,the higher the efficiency of agricultural logistics.We should strengthen the construction of rural transportation infrastructure and the scale of agricultural logistics infrastructure construction.Strategies for management of agricultural products logistics infrastructure construction should be emphasized.(2)According to the results of simulation and sensitivity test of rural informatization level,The higher the level of rural informatization,the higher the efficiency of agricultural product logistics.It is proposed that we should build a perfect agricultural product logistics information platform and accelerate the investment in rural informatization.(3)According to the analysis of simulation and sensitivity test results of human capital investment,The more human capital investment in agricultural logistics related fields,the higher the efficiency of agricultural logistics.It is proposed to establish a reasonable training and incentive mechanism for agricultural logistics talents,and to build a perfect market-oriented talent guidance.And the mechanism innovation system and the strategy of increasing the manpower investment in the large-scale wholesale market of agricultural products.
