Modern agricultural logistics can guide the flow and optimal allocation of agricultural production resources through the function of its guidance and information transmission,and improve the efficiency of agricultural production and the level of development, to improve the value of the agricultural industry chain. At present, the agricultural production is no longer the main factors hindering the development of the agriculture in China, and the biggest obstacle is in the field of circulation of agriculture, especially the circulation of agricultural products. In the field of circulation of agriculture, Henan Province showed a lot of questions, especially the disorder of primary agricultural logistics market and the operation of the low efficiency. But also in the whole agricultural logistics chain have not fully reflect the value of farmers, the imbalance between agricultural logistics and agriculture is more prominent. The study of the impact model of modern agricultural logistics and economy in Henan Province has a very important significance to clarify the development of modern agricultural logistics and to promote the development of modern agriculture.Based on the modern agricultural logistics in Henan province as the research object,the comprehensive analysis is conducting around the influence relation of agricultural logistics supply, demand and logistics cost in Henan Province and the influence of economic factors on the modern agricultural logistics system. On the foundation of theory and qualitative analysis, the quantitative system dynamics model is establishing. Then according to the results of the simulation analysis, the optimization of the system analysis provides the basis of theoretical analysis for making the formulation of development of modern agricultural logistics of the local area.First of all, the paper analyzes the development status and existing problems of modern agricultural logistics in Henan Province, and clarifies the purpose, hypothesis and boundary of the research. Secondly, the change of relationship is taken as the main line,which is between the demand, supply, cost and economic factors of the agricultural logistics. The paper discusses behavior models and the feedback path of the influence of various factors in the agricultural logistics system, respectively from the economic factors,agricultural logistics demand side, the supply side of agricultural logistics and logistics costs, etc., and draw the causality diagram and flow diagram of the modern agricultural logistics in Henan Province. Thirdly, according to the relevant data and literature data,estimate the value of the parameter and writing equation. After verifying the validity of the model, the simulation and system optimization analysis are carried out on the model. When the regional logistics infrastructure investment effect coefficient, the logistics educationtechnology investment ratio and efficiency, and effectiveness of agricultural financial investment coefficients were respectively up 10%, 20%, 20%, the differences of the regional agricultural logistics costs decreased significantly, the regional agricultural logistics supply capacity has improved. Finally, according to the results of the optimization model, respectively, from the development basic and development capacity of modern agricultural logistics, the management ability of the logistics industry, the development of agricultural logistics enterprises, the promotion of the industrial chain, etc., the paper puts some strategies and suggestions to promote development of the modern agriculture logistics in Henan Province.
