Research On The Measure And Promotion Strategy Of Agricultural Products Cold Chain Logistics Development Efficiency

With the rapid development of economy and the continuous improvement of residents' living standards,the cold chain logistics industry of agricultural products has developed rapidly.Due to the late start of the cold chain logistics industry of agricultural products,the lack of policies in the industry,the imperfect infrastructure construction and many other problems,coupled with the characteristics of perishable and vulnerable agricultural products themselves,problems occur frequently in the circulation process,and the contradiction between supply and demand is prominent,resulting in the low efficiency of the whole operation process.Therefore,the research on the low efficiency of cold chain logistics industry of agricultural products in China and the corresponding promotion strategies have an important impact on improving the development efficiency and competitiveness of cold chain logistics industry of agricultural products.This paper combs and summarizes the relevant literature at home and abroad,and finds that there are relatively few studies on cold chain logistics in China,and there is not a relatively complete research system of administration.At the same time,the following deficiencies are found: first,the research on the improvement of logistics efficiency mainly focuses on the improvement of inventory efficiency,distribution path optimization,technological innovation and other aspects.The research problems are highly targeted and relatively single,while the research on the overall efficiency of cold chain logistics of agricultural products is less;second,the research methods are relatively single,such as AHP,ABC and other single methods are lacking Obviously,it can not truly reflect the efficiency level of cold chain logistics of agricultural products in China,which increases the difficulty for subsequent factor analysis.Based on this,this paper combs and defines the relevant concepts and theories of cold chain logistics of agricultural products,selects the relevant data of 31 provinces in China as the application research object of the evaluation index system for evaluation and analysis,constructs the efficiency measurement system of cold chain logistics of agricultural products,comprehensively uses AHP and entropy weight method to determine the index weight,and uses DEA evaluation model to evaluate the cold chain of agricultural products Through the analysis of the current situation of the efficiency of the logistics industry,it is found that the development of the cold chain logistics industry of agricultural products is still in the primary stage,nearly two-thirds of the provinces have not achieved the comprehensive efficiency and effectiveness,about one-half of the provinces have notachieved the technical efficiency and scale efficiency,and there is a mismatch between the technical efficiency and scale efficiency of some provinces.According to the results of efficiency analysis,this paper puts forward the corresponding improvement suggestions in terms of national policies,personnel training and other aspects based on the relevant experience at home and abroad,so as to improve the overall efficiency level of cold chain logistics industry of agricultural products in China,and to promote the development of cold chain logistics industry of agricultural products in China to a certain extent.
