State-owned enterprises are playing an increasingly important role in the socialist market economy.However,in the period when the development of the market economy is becoming more and more mature,state-owned enterprises are faced with many obstacles and difficulties in their development.The key for state-owned enterprises to get out of the predicament lies in talents.Therefore,in order to help enterprises get out of the dilemma,build a scientific and effective incentive mechanism,and carry out effective incentives so as to attract and retain excellent talents has become an important work content of state-owned enterprises.Based on the above status quo,this paper takes state-owned enterprises of Z as the research object,summarizes and summarizes the relevant theoretical achievements of domestic and foreign scholars on employee motivation,and conducts an investigation and study on the incentive situation of state-owned enterprises of Z by combining the methods of interview,observation and questionnaire survey.Specific research ideas:first,the general situation of Z state-owned enterprises is briefly introduced from the three perspectives of business model,personnel structure and organizational structure of Z state-owned enterprises.Secondly,it presents the current situation of employee incentives in the four aspects of compensation and welfare,training,performance appraisal and promotion of Z state-owned enterprises,and conducts an employee satisfaction survey on the basis of the four aspects.Then,based on the results of the employee satisfaction survey,it is analyzed that there are four major problems in the employee incentive mechanism of Z state-owned enterprises at present:weak salary incentive,lack of complete training system,opaque internal promotion,and unscientific performance appraisal.Finally,the paper further analyzes the reasons for the problems,proposes to improve the compensation and welfare system,build a complete training system,establish a scientific and reasonable internal promotion channel,and change the improvement measures of performance appraisal.It is hoped that the above series of reform measures can improve the enthusiasm of employees in Z state-owned enteiprises,improve enterprise efficiency,help enterprises get rid of the management crisis,and provide some references for enterprises with similar incentive problems.
