With the increasing globalization of science and technology,the Internet has gradually become an important platform for people to participate in social activities.The continuous updating of network technology has also led to profound changes in academic communication methods.Academic research is gradually changing from traditional methods to new ones.The application of virtual academic community in technology and academic development has gradually increased,becoming a place for experts and scholars to exchange knowledge,acquire knowledge,share knowledge and innovate knowledge.This has also aroused the attention of the academic community.The research on the virtual academic community has achieved certain results and progress.In today's era of great science,scientific research cooperation has gradually developed into a mainstream research method,and new forms of cooperation have emerged.The new scientific research method of scientific research cooperation in the virtual academic community is of great significance for knowledge sharing,thinking stimulation,research and innovation,and training of new scientific research talents.Based on this background,this paper studies the behaviors of users participating in scientific research cooperation in the virtual academic community.The main contents are as follows:(1)Based on the concept of virtual academic community,the characteristics of virtual academic community are analyzed.Focusing on the understanding of scientific research cooperation,the concept,type and characteristics of cooperative behavior of scientific researchers in virtual academic community are reasonably defined,and the theoretical basis of scientific research cooperation behavior is analyzed from the perspectives of social cognitive theory,Matthew effect and group identity theory.(2)Using interview-based qualitative analysis methods combined with relevant theoretical research to extract impact factors,and obtain six influence factors:self-efficacy,identity,community influence,reciprocity,incentive mechanism and system usability.After referring to the integrated technology acceptance model to establish models and assumptions,the questionnaire data is used to collect the analysis data.Finally,the self-efficacy,identity,community influence,and reciprocity have a positive impact on the willingness of users to cooperate in the virtual academic community;incentive mechanism,system usability and willingness to cooperate have a positive impact on the users' behavior in the virtual academic community.(3)That selecting the actual case in the "Xiao Muchong" forum,combining the active situation of each section and the distribution of topics,and selecting the discussion posts in the science and engineering section,analyze the behavioral characteristics between the two main communication users under the selected topic.By drawing communication diagrams,it is further proved that users will be influenced by self-efficacy,identification,reciprocity,incentive mechanism and system usability.It reveals the transformation from implicit cooperation to explicit cooperation between the relationships of users,and further validates and supports data analysis conclusions.(4)In order to promote and standardize the cooperative behavior of scientists in the virtual academic community,relevant suggestions are put forward from three aspects:personal factors,inter-member factors and community factors.In terms of personal factors,starting from the virtual academic community users,it proposes behavioral standardization suggestions,and at the same time,combined with empirical research conclusions,proposes ways to promote cooperation within the community,so that virtual academic community users can institutionally regulate and regulate their behaviors when conducting scientific research cooperation.And actively participate in community cooperation;in terms of inter-member factors,it is suggested that users may participate in the virtual academic community research cooperation may be affected,and suggest how to rationally use the influence of members to develop research cooperation within the community;in terms of community factors,proposed virtual academic how should the community achieve standardization in the management system,and how to use relevant influencing factors to motivate users to participate in the scientific cooperation of virtual academic communities.In this study,the interview-based qualitative analysis method,empirical research method and case analysis method are used in the research,and the research on the extraction of influence factors,data analysis and case support is carried out.It aims to lay the relevant theoretical foundation.Through a series of analysis and verification to explore the factors affecting the cooperative behavior of researchers in the virtual academic community.It laid the foundation for further advancement of research in this field.
