The rapid promotion and rapid growth of Internet technology have brought about profound changes in the way of scientific research cooperation.More and more scientific research workers have chosen to conduct academic exchanges through online platforms,thereby making up for the problems and shortcomings brought about by traditional scientific research cooperation.The virtual academic community,with the new academic exchange platform developed by the Internet,has stimulated researchers to form a larger-scale collision of thoughts,which provides convenience for scholars to conduct knowledge exchange,knowledge sharing and knowledge innovation.The exchange of the online platform is interactive and instantaneous,so that the knowledge generated by the platform exchange is not monopolistic and authoritative.Each user of the platform exchange is both a descriptor and a commenter of academic opinions,so some high-quality virtual academic communities have obtained users.The average daily active value of users is also high,but due to the complex characteristics of community members such as decentralization,diversity,heterogeneity,and autonomy.Scientific research cooperation activities in this context are arbitrary and uncertain.Therefore,based on the basic theory of ecosystem principle and rational behavior theory,this paper combines qualitative and quantitative research methods,takes the scientific research personnel in the virtual academic community as the research object,draws lessons from the research conclusions in related fields of academic circles,explores the influencing factors of scientific research cooperation in the virtual academic community,and finds out the particularity and regularity of scientific research cooperation in the virtual academic community,which has good theoretical guiding significance for the development of the virtual academic community and the cooperation of scientific research personnel.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)Based on the principle of ecosystem,this study analyzes the characteristics,elements and interaction among the elements of the scientific research cooperation system of virtual academic community from a systematic perspective.It is found that the distribution,interaction,competition and evolution of the three elements of scientific research cooperation subject,object and medium of scientific research cooperation in virtual academic community have obvious ecosystem characteristics.(2)The interview method was used to investigate the scientific research cooperation behavior and psychological process of some people in the virtual academic community,extract the key elements that affect the scientific research cooperation in the virtual academic community,and analyze the relationship between each element and the scientific research cooperation in the virtual academic community.The qualitative analysis results show that the network relationship of subjects and the relationship between subjects and media in the virtual academic community scientific research cooperation system all have an impact on scientific research cooperation.(3)Drawing on the theory of rational behavior and the theory of social network,based on the results of qualitative analysis,establish the theoretical model and research hypothesis of the relationship between the elements of the virtual academic community scientific research cooperation system-scientific research cooperation attitude-scientific research cooperation intention.And design a questionnaire for empirical testing.The survey found that the inter-subject network relationship in the virtual academic community scientific research cooperation system has a significant impact on the individual cognition of scientific researchers and the willingness to cooperate in scientific research.The inter-subject-media relationship has a significant positive effect on the scientific research cooperation emotion and individual cognition of scientific researchers Influence,and individual cognition has played an intermediary role in the relationship between inter-subject network relationship,inter-subject-media relationship and scientific research cooperation willingness.In summary,this research not only enriches the theoretical research on the network ecosystem and the rational behavior of network users,but also integrates research methods of qualitative research and quantitative research.It also provides theoretical guidance for the scientific,reasonable and effective management of virtual academic community and the cooperative exchange of scientific research personnel.
