In recent years,with the rapid development of chemical industry in Inner Mongolia,some world-class chemical projects have been built and put into operation.The output value of chemical products and the scale of project construction rank first in the country.Especially the idea of industrial restructuring put forward at the 10th Party Congress of Inner Mongolia,which focuses on transforming 6 traditional industries and creating 7 strategic emerging industries.The transformation and upgrading of energy and chemical industries will become the new engine of economic construction and development in Inner Mongolia.Chemical plant has the characteristics of complex process,high temperature,high pressure,inflammable,explosive,toxic and harmful.Once an accident occurs,it will do great harm to the society.The quality of Petroleum and Chemical industry projects is directly related to the smooth operation and safety of large-scale investment projects of the state and autonomous region.In recent years,safety accidents in petrochemical industry have occurred frequently in China,and the quality of construction projects has become the focus of people's increasing attention.The quality supervision and management of Petroleum and Chemical industry projects has always been the main content and hot spot of the government's construction project management,and its importance has become more prominent.Under the new situation of further perfecting the market economy system and deepening the reform of the institutions,the quality supervision and management of Petroleum and Chemical industry projects in Inner Mongolia is facing new opportunities and challenges?at the same time,the existing system and operation mode also expose new problems.This paper studies the quality supervision and management of Petroleum and Chemical industry projects in Inner Mongolia,introduced the current situation of the quality supervision and management of Petroleum and Chemical industry projects in Inner Mongolia,Combining with the typical cases of administrative penalty for Petroleum and Chemical industry projects quality,find outstanding problems from the three aspects of government supervision and management,quality behavior of quality responsibility subjects and social supervision and management,and clarifies the future development for the quality supervision institutions of Petroleum and Chemical industry projects,and puts forward the concrete countermeasures to improve the quality supervision system,supervision mode and social supervision mechanism of petrochemical engineering in Inner Mongolia.It is hoped that this paper will be helpful to the effective supervision and management of Petroleum and Chemical industry projects quality in Inner Mongolia under the new situation.
