The Improving Research On The Quality Engineering Of Xiangyang Zedong Chemical Industry Corporation

Along with the continuous development of China’s economy and further deepened reform and opening up, the quality has become a key problem in China’s economic growth and the primary element of enterprise survival and development. Quality management,the foundation of enterprise management, has a great significance for enterprise normalized management, quality accident prevention and economy benefit increase.The study object of this article is exploring the method of quality problem in Zedong Chemical co.,Ltd. The rising complaints and decreasing customer satisfaction are just mainly due to Zedong’s product quality.Therefore, how to effectively solving this urgent problem will be analyzed from four aspects. Firstly, the company’s present quality management situation is analyzed from the aspect of the quality management theory, ISO9001 quality management system certification as well as the characteristics of quality management in chemical industry.Secondly, it analyzes the problems based on the ISO9001 quality management system t.For example, the way to control materials and nonconforming products is not efficient, there’s a general lack of awareness about product quality and after-sales service etc.Thirdly, optimization projects are respectively designed on the basis of the above analysis, such as customer satisfaction enhancing oriented project.Finally, in carrying out these methods, a marked rise in Zedong company’s quality management is generated.These projects work effectively in improving employee’s quality awareness and after-sales service,controlling non-conforming products and reducing management cost.
